I swear they need to stop abusing Photoshop and make things natural. You can tell by the offset picture lighting that someone photoshopped Ploy and Oil into the picture.
Whoever edited the cover probably found an Italy canal theme picture from some Photo Stock website, used it as the background pic, and then used Photoshop lasso select to add Ploy and Oil studio picture. Gosh, it looks terrible.
Come on now, move your mouse away from the lasso tool and stop abusing photoshop.

An immediate and successful operation was performed to repair the broken blood vessel and currently, he is stabilized and using a respirator to breathe.
