Yesterday, when I visited Bkkdreamer’s blog, I learned that Mario Maurer’s father had passed away at the age of 70 from heart failure. Roland Maurer had been battling diabetes for some time and yesterday marked his last day.
Mario Maurer’s manager revealed to the press that Mario is deeply depressed over the lost of his father and feels regretful. In the past, Mario hinted to his manager that he wanted to spend more time with his ailing father and now the opportunity is lost.
In times of sorrow there must be laughter to ease our soul and make us see the brighter side to life. I found these videos awhile back and now I want to share them. The video is of Mario and his older brother Marco on the Chris Delivery Teaching English Program show back in January 2008. I can imagine Roland Maurer having a good laugh while watching his two sons on TV. Roland Maurer may have passed away yesterday but his life will live on through his sons.
