Captain wants to remain SINGLE.

Translated directly from Gossipstar.

Reporter:

“In the past, he was a man who had good luck when it comes to love. Everywhere he went, other men would be envious. Look at him now, our pra’ek “Captain” Puthanate, his eyes widen and quickly looks on when he sees other people swinging hand-in-hand as a couple. When he starts seeing a woman, it never turns out well. Why is life so depressing?”

The question:”Captain, when will you have gf like everyone else”

Captain response:

“I don’t know either. I’m not in rush. Society has changed and maybe our lives has changed also. I say being alone is better. I have not been searching like before because my past experiences has taught me to know more. I am a man who is mature in age but it’s not too late. I have not been able to find that person who pleases me, so I think it’s better to be alone. “

On Screen To Real Life: Por T. and Yardthip??

Fans of “Pookarn Reuy Lai” ( a currently airing, weekend lakorn about 3 sailors looking for love) want the leading pra’nang Por Thrisadee and Yardthip Ratchpal to hook up in real life. Fans argued that both stars are single and equally popular, they would make a good match. Also, on set, they seem very fren-lee (friendly) and into their roles as two courting lovers.

This is a scene from “Pookarn Reuy Lai (Commander of the ship)” where Nawin (Por) surprised and taunts his love interest Winlin (Yardtip) while she is swimming with friends. Since I have not been keeping up with “Pookarn Reuy Lai”, I’m not sure if this is upcoming up scene or maybe it has already happened.

What do you guys think? GOOD PR to boost up TV ratings? They make a cute couple?

Off To A Wedding…

What are you guys doing this fine Sunday Afternoon? Me, lazying around in my jammies while my parents head off to a wedding. Thank god, I wasn’t forced to go. In my experience, attending a Lao wedding is one of the worst and humiliating things you can do to yourself. The social competition, the gossip, the materialism, the expenses, the proper decorum, it’s so darn exhausting. I’m not saying all Lao weddings are like that, most of the ones I been to were or maybe I think too much.

Poor Earth, his man pouch thong sure looks itchy.

What do you think: Appalling? Sexy? Don’t get it? Kinda tacky? Vampire-ish?
