I’m so hyped about this lakorn. I have been watching this clip of Kwaam Lap Kong Superstar from the Darastory show over and over again.
This is my favorite part of the clip. It’s starts around 3:10.
Baan (Best) is looking at herself in the mirror and cries.
Baan:”He wasn’t kissing you, he was kissing Nae Dao.”
Bah-Jing!! Baan knows that the only reason Gun (Mos) slept with her is because he thought she was Nae Dao (Bee). Ouch!

Replacing Badarn Jai on August 6, 2008 for the Wednesday-Thursday time slot is “Sufun Nirandon” starring Mew Lalita and Willy Mcintosh. Ug, it’s a travel back to the past lakorn. -roll eyes, not my cup of tea.

Gae Roy Rak (Trace of Love) starring “Rome” Patchata Nampan and Sririta Jensen will premier on August 2, 2008 for the weekend (Fri-Sun) time slot. It’s a mystery lakorn about a murder. I’ll also pass on this one because the teaser looks corny.

And so I have very excited about this upcoming lakorn:”Kwaam Lap Kong Superstar”. I absolutely adore new nang’ek Best Aticha. She is super cute and the role of Baan fits her well.
In the interview on Darastory, Best talks about her character in “Kwaam Lap Kong Superstar.” Best plays a young woman name Baan who comes to Bangkok to further her education. Her mother sends her to live with a friend who happens to be Mos’s mother in the lakorn. Baan doesn’t live at Mos for free, she works there as his new house maid.
When asked whether she found the role difficult, Best answered that it was because her character Baan is nothing like her. Baan is a young woman who is not from Bangkok, she is very innocent and naive. The Baan character has not experience the world. When she enters Gun(Mos)’s life, she experiences changes that will make her be more aware of her environment. Best found these elements very different.
Interesting, I’m liking her character already. Hopefully she is not too weak and fights back when Bee’s nang’rai starts attacking her. -cross fingers, I love self-help nang’eks.
