I heart heart the second half of this episode. I’m not crier but when Monthai and Bie started crying wanted to cry too. Yes, Khun Ying Tap TIm passed away in this episode. She was ‘murdered’ by Wiyada.

The night of the incident, Bie worries about Khun Ying Tim.

Bie:”Well Monthai did say he was going to watch over her.”

She sighs and talks to herself:’He will watch over her well. You shouldn’t think too much.”

After assuring herself that everything will be alright, Bie heads off to bed.

Back at the Mahanawait estate, Monthai is passed out and Wiyada starts dressing up in her Lakana ghost outfit.

Did you think it was scary? Wiyada goes into Khun Ying’s room and starts her scare tactic.

Wiyada:’Do you know who I am? I’m Lakana and I’m here to take your life.”

Dude, what’s wrong Wiyada? Why would she do that? Seriously, girl has some serious issues.

Khun Ying franticly screaming:”Stop, I’m scared. I don’t want to die. Monthai! Help me.”

Wiyada chokes her to shut her up.

Bah Jian starts inspecting the estate because the dogs are howling like crazy.

There was a struggle between Wiyada and Khun Ying Tap Tim and one of Wiyada’s rings slips off her finger. I think it is Monthai’s engagement ring. It will come into play later as evidence that Wiyada caused Khun Ying to go under shock.

She goes into Khun Ying’s room to check up on her and finds Khun Ying in a state of shock. She calls out for help from everyone. She dashes to Monthai’s room and tries to wake him up.

Khun Ying Tap Tim was so terrified that she lost her ability to talk.

Monthai questions Doctor Gu how this could happen.

Monthai:’How could this happen? She was doing find earlier.”

Doctor Gu:”I think you need to ask the person who was with her last.”

Wiyada takes this opportunity to blame Bie.

Wiyada:”You need to ask Bie because her responsibility is to take care of Khun Ying.”

Jian:‘That’s right. Where is Bie?”

The fat servant lady tells her that Bie is not in her room.

Wiayda:” Gosh, what is wrong with Bie? Khun Ying Bah is in such a condition and she has vanished. She’s really no good.”

Monthai:‘Don’t accuse her. I was the one who forbid her from caring for mother. But in the end, it was me who slept in the room without knowing and this happens to mother. “

Ladies should we mark this moment down because Monthai is doing something out of character. He is defending Bie. WOW. I can’t believe my ears. WOW

Wiyada is still persistent on blaming Bie:”Either way, Bie has done wrong because it’s her responsibility to watch over Khun Ying Bah. Aye, maybe the reason she disappeared is because…”

Monthai:”Because what..?”

Wiyada:”Because she was somehow involve in Khun Ying’s current state.”

Aunt Jian and all the other servant ladies just look at each other doubtfully. At this point, they are so annoyed with Wiyada but can’t say anything.

Monthai is somewhat believing it. Doctor Gu calms everyone down by saying,

“Alright alright. Lets not accuse anyone at this point. I think that when Khun Ying Bah’s health improves we can ask directly from her what happened. Until then, we shouldn’t accuse anyone of wrongdoing. It’s not a complicated issue.”

The next day, Bie calls the Mahanawait estate to check up on Khun Ying Tap Tim. Jian picks up and tells her to rush home immediately because something major has happened.

Wiyada is wacko! She reddens her neck like strangling bruises to scare Khun Ying Tim.

While no one is looking, Wiyada shocks Khun Ying Tap Tim with her lipstick drawn neck.

Khun Ying goes under a state of shock.

Her heart can’t take the shock, Khun Ying Tim dies. Monthai cradles his mother in his arms and cries.

Monthai weeping:‘Mom, I love you. I truly love you. Mom. Mom. Mom. “

Wiyada quickly slips out of the room while no one is watching. Wiyada meets Bie as she is coming out. Bie sees the mark on her neck.

Bie loosen the scarf to get a better view of the bruise.

Bie:“Khun Wii, how did you get that?”

Wiyada yells at her:”Mine your business.”

Bie puts two and two together and realizes that Wiyada has something sinister to Khun Ying Tim.

Bie:“What have you done to Khun Ying?”

Wiyada doesn’t want to answer so she pushes Bie down. Bie walks into Khun Ying Tim’s room and Jian tells that Khun Ying has passed away. Bie is devastated.

This is so sad and also very tender. Bie gives Khun Ying Tim a finally wai for respect.

No one utters a word and they cry together.

At the funeral….

Bie weeping:”Khun Ying, I wanted to arrange flowers for you to put in your room but not for this.”

This is so sad. Bie blames herself for Khun Ying’s death!! It’s Wiyada’s fault! Bie walks over to Khun Ying’s tomb.

Bie:’I’m truly sorry that was not there with you for your last moment. If I stayed, this would have never happened.”

Jian:”Tap Tim, we were friends since we were very young. You even made me promised to never abandon you…to help care for Monthai until he is grown..but why did you abandon me so soon. If Mahanawait does not have you around, how can we live? How can we live without you?”

And Bah Jian faints.

Monthai‘s final words to his mother:

“Mom, I have hurt you in the past. I had abandoned you for many years. If I knew that our time together would be this short, I would have tried to be a better son and not hurt you. If this is possible…in the next life (looks down and weeps)….I would like to ask to be born as your son again.”

Monthai stares sorrowfully at his mother’s portrait and nasty Wiyada comes over. EWWWW…Damn her. FLIP FLOPS. THROW FLIP FLOPS.

Wiyada:’Khun Mon, be strong. I’m also trying to be strong. I’m hurting as much as you.”

I love Bie’s reaction to Wiyada. Bie is probably thinking, “God, What a lying sack of cow manure.”

It’s pretty funny, the fat servant lady calls out Wiyada.

Fat servant lady:‘Even at a funeral, Wiyada is still playing up to Khun Monthai without feeling embarrassment from the spirits.”—I know I translated this wrong. She used a lot of proverb/slang that I don’t know how to translate.

Aunt Jian tells Nucha’ mom and fat servant lady that she is scared for Monthai because Khun Ying Tim is no longer here to protect him from Wiyada.

Aunt Jian also suspect foul play because Khun Ying was doing fine and then suddenly she dies. She suspect Wiyada had something to do with it.

Outside of the temple hall, Bie confronts Wiyada.

Wiyada:”What is it?”

Wiyada tries to walk away but Bie pulls her back.

Bie:”I have something to talk to you about.”

Wiyada screams at Bie:“What?”—She has the most ugliest voice I have ever heard.

Bie:”The issue of Khun Ying’s death …I know what you did.”

Wiyada:“What are you talking about? What did I do?”

Bie weeping:’You harmed Khun Ying, you knew that Khun Ying feared the ghost of Lakana so you dressed up like the ghost of Lakana to haunt her. WHY? You promised me that you would stop hurting Khun Ying (cries louder) You promised to love Khun Ying like your own mother…why did you break your promise?”

Wiyada screaming:”HEY, I didn’t do anything. When Khun Ying passed away, everyone was in the room. What? Was there someone who saw me do something? “

Bie:“No one saw because you had your scarf covering it. I know that those marks on your neck were created to scare Khun Ying because they represent the ghost of Lakana who hung herself to death. You had intentions to harm Khun Ying.”

Wiyada anxiously:’You have no proof! You can’t accuse freely. No one will believe you because everyone saw that Khun Ying Tim died because she was ill.”

Bie:”I’m going to tell Khun Mone.”

Wiyada jumps in front of her.

Wiyada trying to save herself:”What’s the point of saying anything, he will never believe you.”

Bie:“Khun Ying Bah, has always supported me. I can not let this issue pass without saying something. I’m going to tell Khun Mone.”

Wiyada holds Bie back and begs her not to say anything.

Wiyada:‘You can’t. Please. I beg of you. I beg you! Don’t say anything. Give me the opportunity to find a good time to confess to Khun Mone. Please, I beg of you.”

Monthai overhears them and asked what did you want to talk to me about?

Bie:”The opportunity has arrive Khun Wi.”

Wiyada looks down and hesitate to say anything.

Bie:”Please follow through on your promise.”

Monthai:“What is this all about Wi? ”

Before she could answer, Doctor Gu rushes out and tells Monthai that Khun Ying Tim didn’t die from her existing illnesses. It was murder! DUM DUM DUUMMMMMMMMM
