Silamanee: Ep 12 caps

It’s getting late. I’ll finish the caps tomorrow, I have not even finish watching the episode yet. Enjoy what I have for now.

Oh my gosh, Sid and Chalee scenes are super cute. Cream and Pulpat should do another lakorn together, this time as pra’nangs.

Shivers in terror the lunch date from hell:

Khun Ying Samerjai coerce Pharot to invite her for lunch even though she knows Nam will be there too.

Before having their lunch, Khun Samerjai tells Pharot she wants to talk to him privately first. Pharot points to Nam and said, “but we have a guest.”

Khun Samerjai gives a stern evil glare like she doesn’t care and Nam, sensing tension, excuses herself to go to the bathroom.

Khun Samerjai and Pharot’s conversation.

Khun Samerjai:“She is much worst than I thought. She is helping us with Susi to get sympathy points for later.”

Pharot:“Mom, don’t you think you’re thinking too much? Our agreement came up very abruptly, I don’t think anyone could scheme that quickly.”

Khun Samerjai:“When you think like that, it’s call being slow. How will you catch a woman who is deceiving you? Women these days are very skillful in regards to trapping a man. Take for example your betrothed from Chiangrath, she boast about wanting Silamanee back but in truth she just wants me to send you to Chiangrath.”

Pharot shakes his hand because his mother is freaking crazy. She has such an imagination.

Pharot tries to reason with his mother. “Mom, but Nam is not that woman. Today, I was the one who invited her for lunch. I think you need to not think as much then you will see that Nam is not like that.”

Khun Ying Samerjai:“Pharot, now you don’t believe your own mother?”

Pharot shivers in fear. HAHA.

He tells his mother, “It’s not like I don’t believe you.”

Khun Samerjai:“Pharot! You can’t think fast enough with it comes to women.”

Because his mother is freaking crazy and unrational, Pharot suggests that they start ordering something to drink first before continuing.

During lunch Khun Samerjai insults Nam by assuming that Nam has never had foreign food.

Their conversation when the food arrives:

Khun Samerjai:“I’m sorry, I ordered foreign food too, you might not be used to it.”

Nam:“It’s alright, I can eat it.”

Khun Samerjai:“That’s right, a person who wants to fly high must be willing to endure anything.”

Pharot feeling the tension tries to distract them.

Pharot:”Hey Nam, you should try this dish, I ordered it for you because I remembered you like it.

Khun Samerjai:“You like something that common, an expensive restaurant like this, soon they will close.’

Pharot:“Mom, just because Nam likes a simple dish it doesn’t make her less of a person.”

Nam:“Yes, I like to eat common food. Though it might not be magnificent, it has its purpose.”

Khun Samerjai:‘There are many other foods that have purpose, but a common dish like this, it will not be serve at my house. To even look at it makes me feel uncomfortable. It should be taken away.”

–Are you guys getting this? They are not talking about food. Metaphorically, Nam is the dish. Khun Samerjai is saying she doesn’t want Nam as part of her family and finds her poor background distasteful.

Again, Pharot tries to ease the tension between his mother and Nam by moving the dish over to his side.

Pharot:“In that case, I’ll just move it over here because I wanted to eat it anyways. (He takes the veggies from the dish). I love to vegetables. (Then he looks over to Nam and gives her some shrimp). OH Nam, you should have some. You should eat the shrimp too.”

Khun Samerjai becomes enraged by the sight of Pharot being nice to Nam, she orders Pharot to take her home.

Khun Samerjai:“Pharot! I feel a little ill. I want to go home immediately and I want you to come with me. Tell the driver to return home.”

Pharot:“But mom, the food has just arrived and Nam has not eaten yet”

Khun Samerjai:“Then, pay the bill and if she wants to eat, she can eat. A person who has been starving will not be choosy.”

Nam:“It’s alright, thank you for your compassion but just this, I think I’m full. Khun Pharot, you can escort your mom home.”

Khun Saermjai:“You don’t need to order him, either way he will escort me home.Pharot, lets go home.”

Pharot hesitates.

His mother stands up and tells him, “I HAVE A SEVERE HEADACHE!”

She walks out, he follows her. They argue as they are walking out.

Once at home, Khun Samerjai vows to herself to never let Nam defeat her.

In order to get back at Nam, she wants Chalee to marry Sid.

Khun Samerjai suggest the idea to Chalee when he came home that night. The conversation starts out innocently.

Khun Samerjai:“Wow, everyone is about to graduate. Now, between you and Sid do you have any plans for the future?”

Chalee not getting her hint, answered:

“Well when I graduate, I will start looking for a job. As for Sid, I don’t know whether she will continue with her education or find work.”

Khun Samerjai corrects him:“I’m not talking about that, I’m talking about your relationship. You know, Sid is the daughter of a General. A woman who has a man who often drop her off personally like this, she will lose her reputation. You’re a guy, you should make it more clear.”

Chalee still doesn’t get it and asked his mother, “To make it more clear, what do you mean by that?”

The scene fades away and Chalee comes out shouting, “GETTING Married? Mom, what are you talking about? It just can’t be.”

Khun Samerjai:“Why not? When your father and I got married, we were the same age as you.”

Chalee:“But mom, that was decades ago. Nowadays, we have to know each other more.”

Khun Samerjai:“Know more about each other? Why? Just tell how Sid is not good enough?”

Chalee:“There is nothing wrong with her, but I’m..”

Khun Samerjai:“But what? Her household and our household are very compatible. Why are you doubting this? Hey, believe me. When you get marry, your life will get better. To slowly start your life together, it’s the best option. You will have a friend to help you think.”

Chalee doesn’t buy it.

“Gosh mom, I think it’s too fast. I have not even thought about it.”

Khun Samerjai:“ Too fast? Tell me Chalee, when you have found your true mate, why do you want to wait? Or you want to wait for that girl— that promiscuous, prideful girl. You know very well, she is seeing your brother. I want to tell you something…today, she dared have lunch with me and Pharot because she thinks she is someone important in Pharot’s life. But Pharot only sees him as a play thing.”

Chalee:”MOm! Can you stop talking about Pharot and Nam already?”

Khun Samerjai:“Why not? If I want to say it, I will. What? You can’t handle the truth? You have been manipulated by her to the point where you don’t have reason. Either way, I can’t accept that woman.”

Chalee:“Mom, just stop! If you stop talking about Nam, maybe I will think about the marriage thing. But if you continue to insult and insinuate about Nam, I will start seeing Nam again.”

Chalee pissed off, he walks off.

Khun Samerjai calls after him, “Chalee, I’m doing this for you.”

Pharot and Sek have dinner together. Pharot complains about his mother and the Nam issue.

Sek senses that Pharot has a thing for Nam and advises him to tell her.

Pharot:“But you don’t understand my situation with Nam, it’s very chaotic.”

Sek:“Pharot, if you love someone, just tell them because nothing hurts more than not having the person you love not understand you. Right now, you’re hurting because you let Nam misunderstand you. You need to think for yourself whether what I said is correct. Pharot, you need to do something before it’s too late.”

Pharot decides to confess his true feelings for Nam. He calls her up for a get together. She agrees. They will meet on campus.

As she is waiting for Pharot, Chalee comes to see Nam.

Chalee:“My mother has asked me to marry Sid. (Shows her the pink rose) Nam, do you remember I once told you you match this flower very much.”

Nam stands up from her seat:

“Of course I remember, I’m very happy for you in regards to Sid. You are very compatible with Sid.”

Chalee sighs:”I know you have never thought of me as more than a friend. I do have something to tell you, I have never forgotten you. No matter how hard I try, even though I started to see Sid to forget you, I still love you.”

At this point, Pharot arrives. He watches them from a hearing distance.

Chalee:Though I don’t understand why you change and decided to start seeing Pharot or for what reason you have left me, I know one thing, I can never forget you no matter how hard I try. I love you. I love you from the bottom of my heart. Today, will I truly lose the person I love? If that is correct, this will be the last time I will talk to you like this and I’m giving you this flower.”

Nam takes the flower and holds his hand.

Nam:“Chalee, you have not lost anything. I will still be with you always. I know that when I’m here, I’m happy because you make me happy. If you weren’t here, I would not be able to smile like this. I have never hated you, I have never planned to separate from you. I love you.”

Pharot hears all of this and walks away.

Nam continues:“I want you to have the best things, I want you to be with Susi because Khun Susi will love and stay by your self.”

Chalee:“Nam, you can’t stop now. I know you have never loved me more than a friend. If you can respect me than I’m satisfied. I want to thank you for letting me know that you still have good feelings for me. “

Nam:”Chalee. In life, sometimes you have to do things that differ from your heart in order to make things better. Chalee, if you still have hope for me, I will not be happy because I can’t love you. If you can remember your love for me and sees it as a good thing and is willing to give an opportunity to a person who truly loves you like Khun Sid, I will be very happy. Because there will be a good person who will care for you. A person I truly love.”

Chalee:“I want to thank you very much Nam for telling me frankly. Though I will not be able to be by your side, I’m still happy to have been able to be your beloved friend.”

He smiles and she smiles.

Nam:“Chalee, if you really love me, please don’t cry. I don’t want people who I love to be hurt.”

Chalee wipes his tears away. She laughs and orders him to smile and laugh.

He does.

Dude, you should have stayed and listened to their whole conversation. Now, Pharot is misunderstanding that Nam loves Chalee. He is deeply hurt.

Nam’s confession to Chalee echoes in his mind. He toss the bouquet in the trash and Nam’s word echoes in his mind again.

Nam’s echo:“I don’t hate you Chalee. I love you Chalee.”

Pharot decides to go confront Nam about what he saw.

When he finds her, he angrily grabs her arm.

Pharot:“Can you tell me the truth now? You said you wouldn’t interfere with Chalee again, but still you continue to do so. You wanted me to see it, right? You wanted me to see it.”

Nam is confuse.

Nam:”Khun Pharot, can you calm down? It’s not what you think.”

Pharot:“It’s not what I think? It’s more than what I think. Do you think you can deceive me. Didn’t you say wouldn’t see Chalee again? Do you have any self-respect left?”

At this point, Nam is becoming very angry.

Nam:“Hey Khun Pharot, I think that is little bit much!”

She tries to leave, he blocks her way.

Pharot:“I don’t think it’s much! The things you have done, I know you two have been thinking about each other, you two want to be together, but you know very well that your relationship with Chalee can never be, but still you try.”

Nam:“What are you talking about? I have done what we have agreed.”

Pharot:“Don’t act as if you don’t know what I’m talking about. Don’t think that I have not caught on to your intentions. You have disappointed me greatly. I ask that you stop interfering with my young brother. If you don’t heed my warning, we will have problems.”

Nam is bewildered.

Pharot:“Don’t think that I won’t do it, everything that we have agree on, it must go as plan accordingly.”

Nam:”Khun Pharot, how can you be Chalee’s brother? Remember this, though right now you can coerce me, when our agreement is over, you will not have the right to talk or touch me, not even at the tip of my fingernails. Remember that!”

Nam walks away.

Chalee agrees to marry Sid. Khun Ying Samerjai is ecstatic.

Khun Samerjai tells herself when Chalee leaves:

“One less person to be worry about, now there is just Pharot to stop interfering with Nam Saengluang.”

Khun Ying Samerjai goes to see the General and Khun Athiti to ask for Sid’s hand in marriage for Chalee.

The General and Khun Ying Athiti want to ask Sid first before deciding.

Of course, Sid agrees.

Khun Athiti calls Nam’s house, Humnuan picks up. She doesn’t want to hand over the phone to Nam.

Humnuan:“Khun Ying, I don’t think this is a good time.”

Khun Athiti:“I know you have to say that…if I’m unable to talk to Nam now, tomorrow I will go see her myself.”

Humnuan freaks out and informs nam.

Nam’s phone conversation with her mother:

Khun Athiti:“Nam, this is mother.”

Nam in a very cold-hearted tone:”Khun Ying, what do you need of me? Just tell me quickly because I don’t have a lot of time.”

Khun Athiti:“Nam, are you still head-strong about me? It’s alright. I was concern about you. Today, Khun Samerjai came to ask Sid for marriage on behalf of Chalee. Khun Sid has agreed.”

Nam:“Isn’t that a good thing, the household of Rachasena and Buranayothin can unite to be one. It’s very well-matched in name and family lineage. I don’t understand why you are telling me this?”

Khun Athiti:“How can you say that? I’m concern about you. I know very well that Khun Chalee and you are close. Plus, people have been saying that you and Chalee love each other. However, Khun Chalee is going to marry Khun Sid.”

Nam:”Why are you boasting that you are worrying about me, there is no need. I think to be a child who is orphaned by her parents has its good points. When we encounter something distressful, we don’t have to worry that our parents will feel hurt in our place. As a stepmother to Khun Susi Buranayothin, I think all you need to do is congratulate her and not worry about me because Nam Saengluang has not had a mother for a long time now.”

Khun Athiti starts crying.

Khun Athiti:“If I’m not mother, I wouldn’t have called you. Nam, I’m very concern about you.

Nam:“Khun Ying ka, I only have this much time for you. Next time, if you are going to call about minor issues like this, I think you should spend your precious hours taking care of more serious matters. As for issues from the past, I think you should stop worrying about them because it will hinder your growth.”

Khun Athiti is deeply hurt and tries to plea her case again.

Khun Athiti:”Nam, it’s not like that.”

Nam hangs up on her mother. OUCH! Nam can be cruel!

“Nam, what should I do to make you trust me again?” Khun Athiti asked herself and cried.

“Because I love you.” She continues.

“To be concern about me now, don’t you think it’s too late.” Nam asked when she hangs up the phone.

Khun Samerjai informs her two older sons that Chalee is going to marry Sid.

Pharot is apprehensive about the whole thing.

Pharot:“Mom, you know Chalee getting marry to Sid is a big deal. When did you do this? Why wasn’t I inform?”

Khun Samerjai:“I think you need to ask yourself that. What other things are you busying yourself with not to know about your family issues?”

Pharot sighs and asked,

“Is Chalee willing?”

Khun Samerjai:“He is very willing, how could I coerce him? Chalee has opened his eyes, he does not need to go hunting for pink flowers anymore. As a motherly obligation, I must help my child break free from a horrible person. Right now, I’m at ease about Chalee’s issue, but I want to tell you both…(She looks at Pope) Once Chalee and Pharot marry to girls that are well-fitting, the issue with Isaree, I will rethink it.”

Khun Samerjai leaves and Pope jumps up for joy.

Pharot, on the other hand, looks completely downtrodden.

Pope notices his younger brother’s state and apologizes for being overly excited.

Pope:“Pharot, I’m sorry for being too overly excited. You’re concern about Chalee, aren’t you. But you know he has made his own decision on this matter.”

Pharot:“Chalee is seeing Sid?”

Pope:“Well it started when he stopped seeing Nam, he started hanging around Sid. I think it’s a good thing. Though Chalee loves Nam, if he is with Sid and has less problems and everyone feels more at ease, I think it is a good thing.”

Pharot doesn’t say antyhing.

Pope slowly approaches Pharot and playfully tells him:

“Hey, now we have come to your issue. Now, you don’t have to act that you’re seeing Nam. Isn’t that right?”

Pharot doesn’t say anything again. He now feels fear because he won’t have an excuse to see Nam again.

The next day, Pharot comes to see Nam on campus. He takes Nam to see Sid.

Pharot forces Nam to be Sid’s maid of honor.

As they were leaving, Nam and Pharot argued.

Nam tries to walk ahead and away from Pharot but Pharot folows her and taunts her.

Pharot:“Where are you going Nam Saengluang, do you think you can escape me? You still have the maid of honor obligations to tend too.”

Nam:“Are you satisfied to have been able to plan this?”

Pharot:”It won’t end there,I want to see you wear the maid-of-honor clothes and be there water cleansing ceremony and to make sure you know that Chalee and Sid are truly married. Then you will be just a random other person who can not come between them.”

Nam:“You have been doing everything to separate me and Chalee and you don’t care about feelings. How I feel. How Chalee feels. You’re so despicable.”

Pharot:“I’m doing everything that is correct. I think it is great that Chalee now knows what is good for him. I would like thank you for whatever you have done to make Chalee decide to choose Sid. Now you see, your charms you used on Chalee is no good. You know, when I made you become the maid-of -honor, I’m helping you. You can be able to cut ties with Chalee once and for all.”

Nam:”I would like to thank you for your good intentions, but I want to tell you, though you can coerce me to do things, I will never let you see me CRY, not even one drop. When my obligation as a maid-of-honor ends, you will never see me again!!! Be satisfy with your scheme because you will only have one chance.”

Nam angrily walks away.

Pharot meets Run, the girl his mother wants him to marry.

They have lunch together.

During Lunch his mother was complimenting Run on her cooking abilities and her potential to be a good house wife.

Pharot wasn’t feeling it and tells his mother, “Though a woman can be a good cook, it doesn’t mean she can be a good care-taker for her family”

Khun Samerjai:”Being a house wife, what’s wrong with that?”

Pharot:“I’m not saying that a person who cooks is not good. I’m just saying if I was to choose a wife, I would want a person who is compassionate and a willing person, not a person who is like my employee.”

Khun Samerjai:“Pharot, I think your way of thinking is wrong.”

Run:“Well, I feel that Pharot’s way of thinking is correct. I’m happy that you’re not an old-fashion thinker to think that a woman must be the head of the kitchen. The world has change, it can’t be like before. To be Pharot’s love, she will be the most luckiest person on earth.”

Sensing an opportunity to get Run and Pharot together, Khun Samerjai tells Run,

“Oh that’s good because Pharot doesn’t have anyone yet.”

When they get home, Khun Samerjai continues to compliment Run and Pharot comes annoyed. He starts an argument with his mother.

Their conversation:

Khun Samerjai:”To me, Run is not just good, she is spectacular. Not only is she talented in the house, she is well-mannered too”

Pharot:“And she has a good background too, huh?”

Khun Samerjai:‘That is correct. TO be born into a good family name is a guarantee that she will be a good person.”

Pharot frowns at her.

And, the argument STARTS now!!!

Pharot:“That’s correct, Run is good all around and everything that you like too.”

Khun Samerjai:“What do you mean by that? If didn’t love you, I wouldn’t have chose good things for you.”

Pharot:“But I didn’t ask you too. You didn’t consult me first.”

Khun Samerjai:“If I consulted you, would you do it?”

Pharot:“Mom, the issue with Chalee and Sid, they have gotten together and the thing with can you just wait awhile? “

Khun Samerjai:”No! It’s true that I hoped for Chalee’s best, but now I have worry about you and that Nam Saengluang girl.”

At this point, Chalee comes home and hears everything. He learns that Pharot and Nam were just acting.

Chalee:“So this is the truth and that is why Nam broke up with me. It’s because of you and mom.”

Khun Samerjai tries to reason with him.

Chalee:“Mom, I’m not a poor person, you can’t go around coercing me. Don’t I have a heart like other people?”

Pharot tries to explain himself.

Chalee:“You too Pharot, you have hurt me more than our mother. In this house, no one loves me, you all deceived me and treat me as though I have no heart. I don’t want to live here anymore.”

Chalee runs away and Pharot chases after him.

Pharot begs Chalee to stay and Chalee punches him.

Pharot finds Nam on campus and tells her that Chalee knows everything.

Sid hears them. Pharot and Nam explains everything to Sid.

Sid:“Though it was done out of good intentions, do you guys know that Chalee is a very sensitive person. If he knew, do you know how hurt he will feel?”

Nam:“Khun Sid, I’m sorry…”

Pharot interrupts her.

Pharot:“Nam, you don’t have to. Khun Sid, I should be the one apologizing. Everything started with me, I begged Nam to do this. Everything that will happen, I will accept all responsibility.”

Sid:”You can both stop it now. You can’t turn back time. Nam! I can’t believe you would allow others to insult you, to say bad things about you when you will not gain anything from it.”

Nam:” I did get something. I have done something for Chalee.”

They decide to go looking for Chalee.

Sid finds Chalee first. She meets up with one of his friends. The friend advises Sid to keep away from Chalee for a bit because Chalee is not ready to talk to anyone yet. To make contact with Chalee, Sid writes Chalee a letter.

The letter reads:
“Chalee, I know the truth now. Pharot and Nam have told me everything. I’m also very shocked that Pharot and Nam was not what I previously thought. Chalee, you don’t need to feel disappointed now because Nam to whom you have praised she has not changed at all.”

The letter continued:

“Nam, has always been good to you even though she deceived you and you could not accept it. I think that you’re very blessed to have someone who loves you and wished you well to this extent. Though you have agreed to marry me because you were disappointed with Nam, I was still happy to have an opportunity to marry you. As for me, to have you around and to do little things for you, it made me very happy.”

At this point Chalee reads the letter out loud:
“If you choose to return to Nam, I will understand. You don’t need to worry yourself about taking responsibility for me. I just want you to follow your heart. I will not coerce you.

Love, Susi”

GOD! They are so cute!!!!!!

Chalee makes his decision and chooses Sid. He takes her hand and tells her he is concern about her.

Chalee:“Do you know, I’m very concern about you. I have read your letter. You were right. Nam is just a good memory and the person who has been by my side, giving me support is the person standing before me.”

Sid looks at Chalee.

” As for me, you have been my support, the real thing…your hands has made me become who I am today. Can you forgive this no good man who stands before you and give him an opportunity to take care of you?” Chalee continued.

She hugs him and he makes a promise to her.

Chalee:“I promise if you give me the opportunity to care for you, I will never make you cry, not even for one day.”

She cries.

AWHHHHHHHHHW!!!! TOO CUTE!

Good lord, as they are looking for Chalee, they argue.

Nam blames Pharot for causing this problem and Pharot tries to give her a kiss.

Nam pushes him away. AHAh, I think she punched him in the face too.

Then, Pharot gets a call from Sid. Chalee has returned home.

Chalee forgives Pharot. Pharot tries to hug him, Chalee freaks out.

Pharot:“Hey, since you’re not going to punch me, I think it’s best we hug.”

Chalee:”No, I don’t want too. I don’t like too.”

Pharot is still insistent on it.

“Come on, we’re brothers, it’s very normal”

HAHAHA!!!!

Chalee gives Pharot Nam’s painting and tells Pharot he knows that he likes her.

Chalee:“Take it. It’s not like I don’t know. You weren’t acting. When I saw you go up on stage to care for Nam, it made me aware that you LOVE HER.”

Pharot denies it and later accepts that he loves her. He has loved her for a long time and loves her intensely.

Though he loves her, Pharot still questions his chances with Nam.

This is what he told his brother:
“Though I love her, will I have the right to be with her? Everything that I have done to her, it makes her hate me even more. Another thing, she still has feelings for you.”

Chalee is a little confuse.

Chalee:“She has feelings for me? Why do you think like that?”

Pharot:”Well few days ago, I saw you and Nam together. I knew now.”

Chalee clarifies the situation for Pharot.

“Bro, I think you misunderstood. Though I have feelings for Nam but Nam and I are just friends. If this time you let Nam slip away, I can’t help you.”

Pharot:“Are you speaking the truth?”

Chalee:“I’m speaking the truth, bro!!!”

Pharot thanks Chalee and vows to confess his true feelings to Nam.

Because she is so happy about Sid and Chalee getting married, Khun Samerjai decides to give Isaree a chance.
