There is a reason why she is casted in several lakorns every year, she is a ratings magnet. Several of her last lakorns were ratings hits and her latest “Pleng Ruk kwarm Pope” with New Wongsakorn is no different. I watched the first episode, I like the first half, then when Pancake appeared, it lost its authenticity. I’m saying it’s a miscast, Pancake doesn’t have the look or the voice of a lookthung singer. Her voice is too average to portray the sorrows of people who live in the country making $1 a day and working long hours in the rice patties. The concept of having a dead guy for a pra’ek is different. Maybe it will get better, I’ll keep watching it to see improvements. The lakorn has potential, the songs are expectational.
You gotta feel bad for Ch3, Ch7 continues to dominate the weekend time slot. Ch3 is simply getting slaughtered, the ratings gap is huge.
