Do you dig the poster for Ken’s new movie “Rod Fai Fa…Ma Ha Na Ter (I rode a skytrain to see you)”, it’s suppose to be a light comedy. Hopefully, it is. Thai movie posters can be deceiving. Take for example Mario Maurer and Apinya Sakuljaroensuk’s movie “Friendship”, from just looking at the poster you would think it’s a light coming of age teen comedy, but you’re wrong. It’s really an overly melodramatic movie about Apinya Sakuljaroensuk’s character getting gang raped and then dying of AIDS.
Its release is for Fall of 2009. October? Possibly.

“Chin” Chinnawut Intarakusin went on the 3Num3Mum, airing right now, to talk about life and career and how his parent’s divorce changed his life.
His mother and father separated when he was 7 years old. Four years later, they officially divorced. The divorce left Chin confuse and angry.
“It was a major shock…it was like something went missing in my life,” he told the 3 male hosts of the show.
Chin started to act out and vented his anger out on his mother, they argued a lot, and regrettably he made her cry on several occasions. Encouragingly, his mother never gave up on him. She continued to support and love him.
Seeing the unconditional love from his mother, Chin decided to reform and apologize the “Thai way” for all the things he had done in the past. One day, he went on his knees and bowed down to his mother’s feet to give a full respectable apology. Chin noted that his mother just simply said “it’s alright” like it wasn’t a big deal. He was deeply touched and started crying. Since then, he stopped acting foolish and started to put an effort in making a living to support his mother and younger sister.
Watch it at YOUTUBE–it’s so emotional, especially when he started crying.
It’s another supernatural thriller for Sirita Jensen in “Soosan Poodaesuan (Poodaesuan’s graveyard)” coming up this Saturday MARCH 7, 2009. Skimming through the first paragraph of the synopsis, it sounds very similar to her previous lakorn “Sroy Saeng Jan (The Jewel of Bangbod)” with Rome. This time instead of Rome, she is costarring with Tye Nattapol. Much like Rome in “Sroy Saeng Jan (The Jewel of Bangbod)”, Tye too is an adventurer and treasure hunter. Pretty much the same thing, Tye the treasure hunter finds an artifact (a necklace called the “Threepakthrasun”) that reeks havoc in his life and brings back a very maligning former lord of 5,000 years ago. Watch the teaser in HD here.
Chatchai Plengpanich is Poodaesuan, the villain. He morphs, he manipulates, he destroys your life.
