Tye is giggly for Rita Jensen

Dude, you’re so into her! It must be the Rita Jensen charm, she has the same effect on Rome Patchada. At the “Colorful Hair” Festival a couple of days ago, Tye Nattapol seemed absolutely delighted to be ask about his alleged “kissing in the elevator” incident with Rita Jensen. Reporters were doing their usual baiting technique–back tracking and rewording the same question to make a celebrity admit something they did not intend too and Tye kept falling into their trap. He admitted he likes Rita, but she doesn’t like him. He was all giggly about it too, well at least from my perspective.

The Interview:

About your kissing in the elevator incident with Rita jensen?

Tye:”There is nothing of the sort, honestly. We did get on the lift together, but the kissing thing, we really didn’t do that.”

Are you upset that news like this came out about Rita and it’s making her lose face?

Tye:“I feel terrible krap, really terrible. I want to apologize for causing such a news like this spring up. Really, I want to tell everyone we didn’t kiss in the elevator. Really!”

Have you talk to Rita yet?

Tye:“I have and I have apologize to her. We’re both upset over it. Usually she doesn’t take this type of news seriously, but this time it was going a little too far. It’s inappropriate and it makes her appear improper.”

When you were in the lift, was it just the 2 of you?

Tye:”There were a lot of people, a lot of people who went along”

Then why did the photos come out like that?

Tye:”About that…I don’t know.”

Ken wins again at the TV Gold Awards 2008

Dilok, Jarunee, Chompoo, and Ken

Ken Theeradeth won the Best Actor award for his role as “Kawee” in the uber popular lakorn from last year, “Sawan Biang (Heaven Diversion)” from Ch3. Classic actress from the past and the present Jarunee Suksawat won the “Best Supporting Actress” award for her role in the horror lakorn “Nimit Maan” while sex symbol Chompoo Araya took home the “Best Actress” award for her twisted and overly greedy character in the lakorn “Dao Puern Din” for Ch7. Dilok Thong Wattana, Kawee’s father in “Sawan Biang” took home the “Best Supporting actor” award.

The Best Lakorn award went to Aff and Aum’s lakorn “Botun Gleep Soodtai”, a “cheevit” or life lesson lakorn about family and sibling conflicts for Ch3.

Other winners…

Best Lakorn Theme Song-“Pit Duay rue (Am I wrong?)” sung by Maew Jirasak and Nicole for the lakorn “Nimit Maan” of Ch3
Best Lakorn Script-“Botun Gleep Soodtai (The last Peony petal)” of the production company TV Scene for Ch3
Best Art lakorn- Wily and Mew’s lakorn “Sufun Nirandon” (CH 3)
Best Lakorn Director-Ampaiporn Jitmaingong, “Sawan Biang” (CH 3)
Best lakorn for society-“Botun Gleep Soodtai” (CH 3)

I’m not translating all the other winners because really I don’t care that Ch3 won best TV station for children and women. I gotta say, the award trophy for this show is pretty gosh darn ugly, very unoriginal and unappealing.

It was truly a big night for Ch3, they won a total of 16 awards.

Kenny, what’s up with the shirt and hair? At first, I thought he was wearing a tie, closer inspection proved otherwise.

Some red Carpet Pictures:

Fon, country singer and actress from “Dao Jarut Fah) of Ch3. Sammie “Oa” Rungnaput Brijindakul in a blue over-sized dress. Peemai showing off her cleavage once again, Nadia looking simple in a light lavender dress. Girl group Faye Fang Kaew (FFK) looking mentally retarded.

[Stefan Sunti-Chow Yun-Fat]

Damn you Sunti, you got to meet Chow Yun-Fat, one of my favorite Chinese actors! Stefan “I want to legally change my name because a psychic told me to” Sunti did an interview with the cast of Dragonball Evolution (the live-action movie) for Ch7′s “Dragonball Evolution TV special” airing in a couple of hours (March 15, 2009 at 11am Thailand Time), part of the film’s “Asia Star Tour”. The special was conducted at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Bangkok. The film is set for a April 8, 2009 premier.

Sunti and James Wong (the Director). Jamie Chung from MTV Real Worlds San Diego is portraying “Chi Chi” in the film. Justin Chatwin is Goku, the hero. My brother is big fan of “Dragonball”, the animation and I’m partially too. I will definitely go see it, lets just hope it’s watchable.

Emmy Rossum from “Phantom of the Opera” is our heroine, Bulma. She sitting beside “G.O.D” korean boyband member Joon Park. James Marster aka “SPIKE” from the TV show “Buffy: The Vampire Slayer” is Lord Piccolo, the green alien villain.
