Dubbed the Princess of the Entertainment Business, Anne Thongprasom did an interview with Thairath to talk about love, life and work–mostly about work. Anne revealed she can’t cook, if you didn’t know that already.
Enjoy.
Tell us about your latest project.
Anne:“Right now, I’m working on Sapai Glai Peun Tiang (Underdeveloped Daughter-in-law), I portray a female cop in the Crime Suppression Division; unexpectedly my younger sister is impregnated by Gunchai and I have to go find him to cause trouble. I have to disguise my identity and move in to pra’ek’s house and I don’t get along with my mother-in-law, who is P’Mam. My character is a woman who is bold, a cop who thinks fast and acts before thinking. At first, I was stressed about this role because I must act immature. I thought… can I play this role? Then P’Nit Orrapun told me, I can play it, so I wanted to try out. My character is agile, a fighter, the head of the commando division, I’m able to order 3 men to fight for me, isn’t it cool that I’m able to be a cool woman? I’ve never played a character like this, I’ve never had to fight. If I did, it was for to be cute.”
To work with Chakrit, has he been flirty with you?
Anne:”He is not flirtatious as what they make him out to be in the news. He has a wonderful personality, he has been polite with me.”
You two stay at opposite corners on set.
Anne:‘He is a type of person who is constantly hot, so he stays in his car (actually, a van his mother brought him). I’m a type of person who is constantly cold, so I like to stay in the heat sleeping on a mat I purchased. When we have a scene together, we talk to each other.”
Hmm….it’s seems like Chakrit and Anne are not that chummy on set.
