Another Anne and Ken pairing, this time in “Soot Saneha (a recipe for love)”, a romance comedy from Lakorn Thai productions and directed by the same person who directed “Oum Ruk” and “Sawan Biang”, Ampaiporn Jitmaingong. Guys, don’t get too excited, it’s just the opening ceremony, it will be another 5-6 months before it airs. I know, the wait is unbearable.
“Soot Saneha”, the lakorn, is an adaption of a novel going by the same name. It was written roughly 5 years ago, back in 2004. You can buy the novel here.
In this lakorn, Anne will be portraying Alin, a dwindling actress unable to compete with younger rising starlets. When she is approach to do a cooking show “Soot Aroi Gap Alin (Delicious recipes with Alin)”, she accepts, hoping it will save her career and also to bring her closer to the owner of the show played by Willy. One problem, she can’t cook. She hires Ken’s character, a foul-mouth chef, for cooking lessons.
Slowly she learns how to cook and her show is a major ratings hit. Also at this time, Alin develops a personal relationship with her cooking teacher, not a romantic one. She begins to consult with him about her life and love.
As her relationship blossoms with the man of her dreams, she begins to question about the relationship she has with her chef. Though Willy is the man of her dreams and can give her things she superficially desires (glamor and stardom), Ken makes her happy. Who will she choose? I guess we will have to wait a long 6 months to find out. HAHA.

I’m sure Ken and Ann would make a great couple but for some reason I’m just not a big fan of Ann, this maybe because I haven’t seen much of her lakorns. I dont live in thailand but I am recently watching Sawan Biang and I must say that it is good so far. Ken and Ann are both very professional and skillful actors and I can see why everyone is a fan of the couple.
I can’t wait for this to come out. I miss Ken and Ann already. They are both excellent actors, and have good chemistry with their co-stars, but I think they have the best chemistry with each other. They’re my favorite couple and Thai actors. I admired the fact that they can stick themselves in any roles and transformed into that character.

When I first read “annisaslut” comment, I was appalled by it. Such derogatory comment like that is so uncalled for and clearly this person is out of touch with Thai lakorn actor/actress as to who is who.

My friend, whose house is next to Ann’s, says that Ann is one of the nicest person/actress to talk to. Her grandmother thinks highly of Ann, too. Ann is the only Thai actress whom I’m still interested in watching. Love Ann!!!

there is a part of me that thinks Annisaslut has Ann confuse with another actress. Janie and her news about snatching other people’s boyfriend comes to mind.

Seriously “annisaslut” obviously does not know talent even if it were to punch him/her in the face. Ann T is a great actress although she may be older now than most typical n’eks, her acting is amazing I mean have you not seen BBK? It takes person with a lot of confidence in their acting to pull off a role like that. Much respect for her!

annisaslut, umm..no, she never had any news about being a boyfriend snatcher (get your source straight before posting something) She’s one of the few actress who never had any bad rumors. And like Anonymous said, she’s been with her boyfriend for 8 years and before him, she had only been with one other person, so no, she doesn’t slut around like you said.
