Her father has passed away, she sits alone crying holding a picture frame of her father, and Azn Harry Potter comes to her. Being a 5 year old and this is probably his first experience with death, he asked, “Mae Ni, is grandfather up in heaven now?”

She recomposes herself and wipes her tears away, her nephew then innocently asked his second question, “Will he be alright there?”

Oranicha gives him a simple “yes” and he continues to ask her questions like all curious children when they encounter something new, “will he forget me?”

She pats his head and chokes up a little. “No, sweetie,” she answered.

“Your grandfather will never forget you, he will never forget the both of us, and we will never forget him” Oranicha told her nephew in order to comfort her nephew and herself too.

They both look at the picture frame together and Azn Harry Potter wished his grandfather a finally farewell wish.

Azn Harry Potter:“Grandfather, go well into heaven.”

Moved, Oranicha pulls him in for an embrace. She swings him side to side and weeps. Tawee interrupts them and they all head to the temple to handle funeral matters.

That night, Tawee comes back to the hotel late, Phubordee waits for him, he wants to interrogate Tawee about Oranicha having a family. Remember in the last episode, Phubordee learns from some random old dude that Oranicha has one son, which makes him think that Oranicha is married, has a son, and is also raising their nephew.

When Phubordee asked whether Oranicha had a family of her own, Tawee shouts at him.

“Why are interested in that?”

Phubordee calmly:”Of course I’m interested, if she has a family of her own, it wouldn’t be fitting if she is raising Prawat’s child too.” —Phubordee is a douche, an aunt can raise her nephew too and have a family of her own. They do it all the time.

Phubordee then asked if Tawee has meet up with Oranicha, Tawee feeling annoyed with Phubordee excuses himself.

Tawee:”I just got back from a funeral, I’m tired, please excuse me.”

He heads into his room and pretty much shuts the sliding door on Phubordee’s face.

Alone, Phubordee utters:”A funeral? Whose funeral?”

I think it was a stupid move for Tawee to mention the funeral, it’s a small town, a funeral is rare. It’s like giving Phubordee a clue. Stupid move, he should have been more careful, Phubordee is one sneaky guy and very resourceful.

At the funeral, Oranicha is pleasantly surprised to see her friend Gifgay there. They hug, it has been 5 years since they saw each other last.

While chatting outside, Gifgay tells Oranicha that Azn Harry Potter is one cute kid. Gifgay looks over to him and calls him over; Azn Harry Potter just looks weirdly at her because she saying, “Come to P’Gifgay”. When you use Pee in front of a name, it means they are older than you but not in the same rank as your aunt and uncle.

Azn Harry Potter remains still and Gifgay asked why he isn’t coming over.

“Well Mae Ni said to call you Bah (meaning older aunt) and not Pee because you’re old now,” Azn Harry Potter answers.

Gifgay laughs it off and brings Azn Harry Potter over, she points out to Oranicha that he must be a troublemaker just like her

Oranicha smiles and replies:“Because I mold him with my own hands.”

Oranicha orders Azn Harry Potter to finish up handing out the drinks and to collect the dirty ones to wash. He obediently follows her directions with the astonishment of Gifgay.

Gifgay points out that Azn Harry Potter is one obedient kid, she can’t believe Oranicha could raise him like that. Oranicha can’t take all the credit, she had help from her father.

Oranicha:“My father helped me, if I didn’t have my father, I would be struggling. There was just the three of us, now my father is no longer with us, I don’t know what I’m going to do now.”

She weeps and Gifgay tries to comfort her;“You still have me, though I’m not all the great, I will always stay by your side.”

Oranicha thanks her best friend and they hug.

During the cremation, Azn Harry Potter hugs his aunt’s waist to comfort her and Gifgay walked over and touched her shoulder to show Oranicha a sign of support. After everything was done, Gifgay asked Oranicha to come back to Bangkok with her, Oranicha can work as her assistant at the hospital and rent her Aunt’s house. Tawee also supports the idea. Bangkok is a vast place, there are many places to hide compared to here. Phubordee can easily find them here in the boondocks of civilization.

Oranicha feels unsure about the move, Gifgay tells her it’s just an option, if she moves to Bangkok and can’t handle it, she can always move back.

Meanwhile with Phubordee, he goes to the health clinic where Oranicha’s works, he learns from an elderly man there that Oranicha’s father has passed away. Since this is a small town, Phubordee easily finds the temple where the funeral was held.

Phubordee arrives at the temple just as Oranicha is heading out. She sees him and calls Gifgay to quickly take Azn Harry Potter back to the house. She then runs over to Phubordee’s car and takes his car keys. I wonder why he left them there, I usually never leave my car keys in the car. They are usually in my purse or my pocket.

Phubordee comes out to see Oranicha struggling to start her motorcycle. They always do that, just when it’s urgent, the engine refuses to start. Predictably, she is able to start her engine just when Phubordee is running to her. He goes back to the car and sees that she had stolen his keys. Luckily or conveniently, a guy riding motorcycle comes to the temple, Phubordee pays the guy and takes his motorcycle.

The chase is on!

Arriving back at the house, Oranicha tells her friends, she has made her decision, she is moving to Bangkok. And, moving right now. She urgently packs up some of their most immediate need items with her nephew watching in a state of confusion. Everything was moving so fast, after the adults finished packing, they don’t see Azn Harry Potter. He is back in the house, holding the soccer ball his grandfather blew up for him. He doesn’t want to move, Oranicha finds him and assures him that this town will always be their home, they can always return. But for now, they have to quickly leave. She kisses and hugs him to assure him that everything was okay. He accepts her explanation and decides to leave without a fight.

More chaos occurred when Phubordee finally tracks them down, he chases after them. In the car, Azn Harry Potter looks back, he notices a guy riding a motorcycle following them, he asked his aunt, “Who is the guy chasing us.”

Oranicha villainized Phubordee and answered, “Sweetie, don’t  pay attention to him, he is just a bad guy.”

To lose Phubordee, she finds a jar of thumb tacks and throws them out. It flattens Phubordee’s motorcycle tires and he flips over. Don’t worry, Phubordee was not injured though I wish he was.

They lost Phubordee and off to Bangkok they go. Oranicha, in the  backseat holding her nephew as he sleeps, and Gifgay, in the front passenger seat, stealing glances at Tawee as he drives. I thought it was cute. She is starting to like him.

The next morning, they arrive in Bangkok and at the rental house own by Gifgay’s aunt. Azn Harry Potter was a little disappointed, their house back in Mae Hong Son was bigger. Oranicha had to give him a little lecture about respecting worth.

Oranicha sweetly:“Toonkla please don’t say this in front of Gifgay, if she hears it, she will be sadden. Though this house is not has big as our old house, we can live here without enduring hardship. Am I right?”

He agrees and they moved their stuff into the house.

The rent is 4,000 baht ($112USD), pretty cheap. Gifgay negotiated with her aunt for Oranicha and now Oranicha owes her. She has to accept the job as Gifgay’s assistant at the hospital and she doesn’t have to worry about Harry Potter, the hospital has a daycare center.

As they are unpacking, Oranicha thanked Tawee for the help. He doesn’t accept her gratitude and hinted he was willing to stand by her side to the end, which made her feel a little uncomfortable. Gifgay who was listening to their conversation felt a little disappointed, she likes Tawee and he is pretty much confession his devotion to her friend.

Back with Phubordee and his crazy mother, she has refuse to take her pills. Phubordee had to coo her into taking them.

Phubordee:”Mom, if you don’t take these, you won’t have energy to raise your grandson.”

She becomes annoyed and starts shouting, “Then where is my grandson, there isn’t anyone here.”

Phubordee promises to bring the child to her by the end of this month, she should take the pills for the sake of Prawat and his son. She finally listens to him and takes the pills. UG! They get on my last nerves.

That night, Azn Harry Potter can’t sleep. He misses his grandfather, Oranicha decides to sleep with him to  make him feel like he still has someone by his side.

The next day at the office, Phubordee confronts Tawee about helping Oranicha escape. Tawee lies that he wasn’t involve.

Phubordee asked why he is acting this way, betraying him.

Tawee:“I, too, should ask you why you’re acting this way. In the past, I respected you like a brother and a boss, now I can’t respect you because of what you have done to Prawat and Oranee. It’s too hard to accept or forget.”

Then Phubordee being little crazy, starts to blame Oranicha’s family for Prawat’s death, “I can’t forget either what that family did to Prawat. If it wasn’t for them, I wouldn’t be this way, and Prawat would still be alive.”—-I know, dude is mentally out there.

Tawee quivered his mouth a little because Phubordee has a warped up sense of reality and angrily replied, “If you still believe that, don’t even hope you’ll find that child. Even when you went to Mae Hong Son, you still couldn’t find him. It’s means Prawat doesn’t want you to find him.”

After his conversation with Tawee, Phubordee gets a call from Nuan (Neena’s mother), his mother attempted suicide and is rushed to the hospital. The hospital personnels are trying to restrain her. Nuan took her to the hospital where Oranicha is employed.

Phubordee arrives at the hosptial and was unknowing a few yards away from Oranicha.
