I’m getting the sense, she is beginning to fall for him without knowing it. It’s the little things he does that make him attractive– he is thoughtful, kind, and attentive to her every need.

A few days have passed, Tawan’s bruises have healed and he is back to his cheery self–playing soccer with friends, laughing and smiling like before. Plaifah comes to one of his soccer games to tell him to prepare for a trip. As part of their duties as class representatives they are going on a trip with other class representatives for 3 days. It’s part of their charity activities they must take part in.
Tawan said, “Okay, it does sound fun already.”
Kay-Yun who happened to be there to uses his statement to insinuated that Plaifah will not be able to handle the wilderness. “Tawan will definitely have fun, but a hi-so girl like you, I don’t think you can handle it.”
At the coffee shop, Sasin complains to Onadee that he has forbid Plaifah from going on the trip with Tawan and her classmates, but Plaifah refuses to listen to him. Since he can’t stop Plaifah, Onadee suggests giving Tawan a warning about going. As a result, Sasin pays one of his hoodlum friends to call Tawan up to give Tawan a warning.
The call: “Don’t go on the trip with Plaifah or you gonna get a beating.”
HAHA. Tawan doesn’t listen to the warning and decides to go on the trip anyways. He arrives late, but he does make it to the surprise of Sasin. His excuse, his bus was in an accident and his phone battery ran out, so he couldn’t call them.

Tawan, Plaifah, and the other class representatives are taken to the northern provinces to build a school for country kids. The men build and the girls entertain the kids. Though he is tired, Tawan is strengthen by the sight of Plaifah’s smile–Barf. So corny.

She feeds him water because his hand is dirty. Everyone has a good time playing paint war.

While collecting firewood together, Plaifah trips and sprains her ankle. Instantly, like an overprotective mother bear to her cub, he comes to her aid. Her white roman scandals are cute.
Since she can’t walk, he offers to give her a piggy-back ride, naturally she is hesitant.

The ride back is smooth, Tawan proves to be very strong man and doesn’t complain. She begins looks at him in a new light while being carried back to the camp.

Plaifah starts itching after picking several pod fruit in the woods. I’m not too familar with this pod plant, apparently Plaifah picked the wrong variety, this variety is like poison ivory, it makes you itch. Plaifah wants to shower the itch away, Tawan tells her it won’t help. He has a remedy. I don’t know what that roller thing is, but apparently it’s suppose to stop the itch.

Happily, Tawan rolls the stick all over Plaifah’s itch area. Is it a candle?

Still at the camp, a phone rings, the owner is still cooking stir fried veggies, so Plaifah offers to get his phone for him. His phone is in his bookbag hanging on the school bamboo structure. She runs to get the phone. Plaifah brings down the bookbag from where it is hanging; however, it’s stuck. She pulls at it to loosen it, in the process, she loosen the bamboo structure. Tawan, who is standing behind her, saves her by pulling her away and using his body as a shield against the fallen structure. She is fine, he is injured.

He receives 4 stitches. Outside the infirmary, Plaifah waits for him. She apologizes for being clumsy and causing his injury.
“Even if I’m injured more than this, I’m willing to risk pain for you.”
Hearing that Plaifah looks at him uneasily. She uncomfortably smiles. Sensing awkwardness, Tawan recovers himself by saying, “because I’m a guy, I’m stronger, and I also promised everyone I would take care of you. Not to even let a cat bother you. If anything happened to you, they would probably scold me big time.”
Plaifah accepts his explanation and they walk back to the camp together.

Tawan can’t sleep, Plaifah can’t either. He is counting stars to help him sleep, it’s a method his father taught him as a child.
Plaifah:”I’m very envious, where you are from, there is probably a lot of stars to count just like here.”
“Oh it’s not the same, where I’m from, there are more stars to count.” Tawan jokes.
“I’m so envious, where I live, there is so much smog from the traffic nearby, it covers the sky and the stars. When I’m at my house, I don’t see more than 10 stars. When I can’t sleep, I usually count sheep. But tonight, I don’t know why I’m still not sleepy after counting sheep several times now.”
Tawan:”Then in that case, you should try counting stars, it might make you sleepy. Tonight, the sky is filled with stars.”
She smiles and agrees. They start to count stars together. So cheese! And the epic emotional background music starts playing.

Back in Chiangmai at the salon, Luck closes his shop for the night. Everything is normal until a fire breaks out. It is an electric fire from one of the outlets at Luck’s salon. Luck had borrowed money and brought all new hair styling equipment. The charge from those equipment was too overwhelming for the electric outlets, it overheat and started a fire. Kaew wakes up first and sees the fire. She knocks on Luck’s door several times, he won’t open, so she breaks the door knob with a chair. Luck is completely unconscious. The smoke debilitates him.
Chana, Tawan’s soccer coach arrives at the scene. He is told to say back and that Luck and Kaew are still inside. Kaew who could have easily run out decides to stay with the unconscious Luck. “I can’t leave you. I will stay with you.” She said surrounded by fire and smoke. The smoke consumes her body and she loses consciousness. Heroically, Chana goes in anyways. He sees Kaew and Luck and carries them out one by one.]
Kaew wakes up first and then Luck follows suit. He sees what is happening. He becomes frantic. “My shop! My shop” He shouts while lounging forth to go to his burnt down shop. Chana holds him back.
Now he is in debt.

Aww, they both feel asleep while counting stars. Tawan wakes up first and pretends to sleep when he feels Plaifah rumbling beside him. Plaifah is embarrassed and slowly moves away from him. He wakes up too.
Plaifah:”Counting stars really work well. Whenever I can’t sleep, I would like to borrow this method from you.”
Tawan:”I guess I will have to sign the copyrights to you now.”
They laugh.

The moment is ruined when Tawan gets a call from his former soccer coach. Fire. Emergency. Tawan must quickly go back to Chiangmai.

At the hospital, Luck has been crying all night. Kaew tries to comfort him. “You have been crying all night, I think you should stop, whatever is meant to happen, it will happen.” She softly tells him.
Because they have no home, Tawan’s soccer coach offers them a place to stay, at his house.
Tawan arrives, he runs to his father, Luck immediately sits up and starts balling. “Tawan, our salon is burnt down, I don’t have anything now. Fire took everything. My son, how will I make a living now? What do we do now?{“
Tawan:”You still have me, you still have Khun Kaew, and Teacher Chana. Dad, though we can’t fix the past, we should stay strong for the future.”
Luck shakes his head. “But the fire took it all, it’s all burnt to the ground. I have nothing else now. There is nothing left. Nothing left.”
Tawan cries too and tries to smile for his father. He wipes his father’s tears. “Dad, before you had nothing, you were able to rebuild yourself. Now you have us, you can build yourself up again.”
Tawan is such a good kid, he is uncertain about the future too, but he is staying strong for his father. The next day, Luck has calmed down.
“I give you my heart completely dad.” Tawan says to cheer up his father.
Sadly more bad comes their way, Luck has an aliment, not a serious one but a one that could lead to complications if left unchecked. An ailment of the brain, when stressed, he will receive a painful headache, much more painful than other people. The doctor subscribed rest and medication for his aliment.
Also, no stress! His condition will worsen.

Luck is released from the hospital and taken to Teacher Chana’s house, he is still depressed over the fire.
Luck:”In my past life, what awful sin did I commit to encounter so much poverty in this life. When I was a child, I was kicked out of my house, I fell into hardship and had to work odd jobs. When I finally happiness like other people, I am bruise with more bad things. I keep being bruise repeatedly. I really want to know when this sin will be lifted from my life.”
Tawan knees to his father. “Dad, don’t lose hope just yet. If we think negatively, negativity will find us. We must stay positive, think positively, do good, I believe one day all of the good that you have done will give you happiness that you deserve. I will support you, dad.”
Luck turns to his son and hugs him. He cries. Tawan looks down dejectedly, though he said to stay positive, his expression proves he is also unsure whether that will work. Aw! Damn this lakorn! Got me all emotional.

Since his father is well, Tawan returns to Bangkok for school, he starts looking for odd jobs to do to earn money for himself and his father. He becomes a vegetable delivery person. Even when it rains, he doesn’t take the taxi.

What the hell, they need to stop beating him up. While heading home late one night, Tawan is stopped by Sasin’s hoodlum friends for a beating.
Guy in the red jacket: “Didn’t I told you to stay away from Plaifah?”
Tawan is punched several times in the stomach. He is also kicked in the face.
Guy in the red jacket: “Next time, if you don’t heed my warning. I will break your fingers and take your wallet.”

Teacher Chana pays for Luck’s hospital bill and also becomes his co-debtor for the bank. Luck is overwhelm with thanks and promises to find work quickly.
Before he heads off to teach, he even gives Kaew and Luck money to use.
Kaew thanks him and he scolds her. “Why are you talking as if I’m an outsider, I’m your boyfriend you know. You have been living with Luck for a long time now and you consider him as your relative, so do I. If a relative is in trouble and I don’t help then I would be a terrible person, am I right?” —hahahha, they are dating now. CUTE! Teacher Chana is cute!
Though Luck promises to quickly find work, Teacher Chana tells him he does have to. Though his wage is small, he can still take care of both Kaew and Luck without worry.

Tawan is struggling at school over money. Though he is hungry, he sees buying a rose for Plaifah more important. Everyday, Tawab buys Plaifah white roses and puts it in her locker anonymously. Today, Plaifah wants to know who has been giving her roses, so she hides out behind a bush and stakes out her locker.
Plaifah:”Today, I will finally find out, the person who has been giving me white roses.”

Tawan walks to Plaifah’s locker cheerfully, oblivious that Plaifah, Plaifah’s friend, and Wanut is waiting for him behind the bushes. Luckily for him, Plaifah’s friend stands up when she is bitten by a swarm of ants. He sees them in time and hides behind a wall. His identity as Plaifah’s secret admirer is still safe.
The episode ends.
Single caps can be found here.

WOW! thanks for the caps, it helps so much! =)
The flaws in here ain’t that bad compare to others. It is minor, but it doesn’t effect the whole entire lakorn lmao… well, Aff is a little bit smaller than Fang. Well not seems like Fang gotten really thin too. I think it looked less awkward because Aff is tiny.
Aff is so pretty in this lakorn!!1
awwwsss…my hubby Bie is soo cute!
I love the classic scene where pa’aek piggy backs nang’aek cause she hurt her ankle. lol… looks like Bie got pretty buffed up for this lakorn. Not like Hua Jai Sila, he had to carry so many girls, including his gigantic tall Aunt. Poor guy was struggling so bad. But this lakorn, looks like he’ll be carrying Aff a lot, so he got prepared! I LOVE BIE <33333
Yep, its a candle…apparently the wax is suppose to cure the itch. And I think some scenes were corny like your said but definitely sweet…and the bf she has is crazy. I feel so bad for Bie’s “dad”…saddest part about the fire.
girl, lets not list the flaws in that scene, it could take forever. I saw them too, I was like what the hell. I don’t even know when he injured his head. ?? So many things wrong. Oh well, it’s a lakorn.
I loved this episode…but did you notice when that bamboo was gonna fall on Plai Fah, either Bie was ready for that scene, or Tawan had some good reflexes…as soon as she screamed, he turned and blocked the thing for her…I was impressed!
I also was wondering what that yellow thing was…clay? Playdoh? LOL
Lyn, we are so alike…during that “sprained ankle” scene, I was thinking the same thing about her sandals…they were really cute…but the whole screaming and falling part, I just didn’t see how she could’ve sprained her ankle like that…but whatever, this is a lakorn right?
I just can’t wait for the play…and I can’t believe Aff slaps him in the middle of it…He was pretty gutsy for kissing her…but she could’ve waited til backstage, so Sasin didn’t march his way to beat Tawan up in front of everyone…I picture Sasin as this big monster…and just want Fah to see his ugly side already.
