Tao Somchai’s wedding
Tao Somchai had his wedding ceremony today at the Peninsula hotel to his wife of a few weeks, “Yui” Atmat Atwawimon, a career woman, the assistant director for Cosmo Thailand, Poly, and Dichan magazine. The couple have been friends for years and started dating 3 months ago and married exactly 14 days ago. Their abrupt marriage was a complete shock to everyone, especially to Tao’s young girlfriend from Chiangmai. The media wondered if it was for publicity stunt or whether she is pregnant. It caused quit a controversy and continues to be a hot topic for tabloid news.
The dowry for Yui included several gold chains, 800,000 baht ($23,348) in cash, 1 million baht ($29,187) deposited to a bank, and a diamond jewelery set.
Mor Krit, the controversial fortune teller with the most obnoxious voice, said the couple are soul-mates in terms of being friends. As husband and wife, Mor Krit predicts they will last much longer than Tao’s marriage to Nat Myria.
Surprisingly some comments left at Manager news were well-wishes to the controversial couple.
“I wish you two the best and hope you stay together for more than 1 month.”—HAHAHAHAH. In all seriousness, there were a lot of well-wishes to Tao and Yui.
Yui is 36 and Tao is 35. I hope it works out, she ain’t getting any younger. Sorry that was rude of me.

I wish you both the best of luck. I know for a fact that Yui is a good woman and can be a really good mother for her children. You people can hate all you want. These people are mad coz they can’t have him.. Haha. I think he can be a good FATHER for his children. When people make mistakes we should give them a chance to prove themself. (I’m sure all your parents would forgive you for leaving nasty msgs to the couple) But again people nowadays are evil.. I just think people should go fuck themselves if they can’t be happy for the couple, there’s no need for you to even leave any cruel messages that could ruin other people. Y’all should go get a job so you could leave them alone.. haha
