Thailand is way too obsess with beauty pageants, there were campaigns and rallies on Pantip forum bringing people together to vote for Miss Thailand for the title of Miss Photogenic. Right now, they are cheering and congratulating themselves on Pantip forum about the win. Shakes head. Good golly.
Though the winner was chosen by popular vote, I do think the best person won. Kai-mook is a very photogenic woman, I congratulate her on the win and for uniting all of Thailand at this moment.
Miss Thailand also won 3rd place in the National Costume competition.
Miss China won Miss Congeniality and Miss Venezuela won the title of Miss Universe 2009.
Oh Miss USA, what are you doing? And that is why you didn’t win the Miss Photogenic title. HAHA. I briefly watch the gown presentation part, I saw Miss Tanzania tripping. Good times.
I also found that this year’s pageant wasn’t as good as I thought it could have been…

I didn’t enjoy this year’s pageant either. I don’t understand how Venezuela won when there were others who had better answers than her. When it was down to the final two I thought for sure that Dominican Rep. had it in the bag. Australia placing fourth was just stupid, she should’ve been higher or won.
I was one of the people that said Thailand was not pretty when she first won Miss Thailand (and she wasn’t then) but she did become more beautiful during Miss Universe, however her winning Photogenic? Hmm, I’m not sure about that, there were others who were far more beautiful in pictures. But congrats to her or should I say the Pantip message board for achieving their goal lol.
