Jack returns as a solo artist

“Jack” Jarupong Kluaymai-Ngarm is back as a solo artist. He is pretty, isn’t he? Originally, he started his career as a boyband member, Nice 2 See U. They’re still around with a new member. Jack left Nice 2 Meet U sometime last year, I believe to continue his studies. Sure. I get the feeling there was a rift between the band members so he decided to ditch them. But what do I know, I don’t really listen to Thai candy Pop.

After a year of studying, Jack is back with an edgier look–black leather jacket, styled mohawk hairdo, a badass samurai tattoo on his chest, and skinner. His music is a mixture of rap, hip-hop, and electro-pop. His new single from his latest album Black Jack. ‘Love me if you can’ is moderately horrid. You can listen to it here. The song he sings in this youtube called “Ter Keu Krai (Who are you?)”, I do like.

As for his solo venture, Jack will do just fine, young Thai girls do love him.

Lets scream for ‘Ms. Scream’

A romance comedy starring Jui Warattaya, ‘Oil’ Thana Suthikamol, ‘Sammie’ Pantitha Puwijaan, Tawin Yaowapalakul, and also Jamie Buher as nang’rai. Jui is Jirawatee (Jaem), a young woman from the slums who works as a professional screamer. Concert promoters pay her to scream at concerts and to scream like a crazy fangirl for pop idols.

Oil Thana is Punatorn, a man who studied aboard, has an MBA but wants to be a pop singer. His father most definitely disapproves because the guy can’t sing or dance. Still wanting to prove himself and to pursue his dream, he begs his father for time, 3 months to be exact. If he doesn’t succeed as a singer, he will come back to work for the family company. Punatorn has one younger brother, Tipreeti played by Tawin Yaowapalakul and a fiancé, Yosita played by Sammie Pantitha. Tipreeti secretly has a crush on Yosita but keeps it to himself out of respect for Punatorn.

Panatorn and Jirawatee’s lives begin to collide with each other when she rises from being a screamer to being a beauty pageant contestant and he begins his singing career.

“Nang Greet (Ms. Scream)” is schedule to air this Friday October 2, 2009.

Aff and Songkran?

This is so random and bizarre, Aff and Songkran have a rumor together. How is that possible? Aff has been dating her boyfriend for more than 10 years and Songkran is a young playa wannabe, who has been linked to many young starlets ranging from Pinky Savika to ‘Woonsen’ Viritipa Pakdeeprasong. If you believe the tabloid news, he gets around.

It has been established on the “Tee Tai Krau” show, back in August, that Songkran has a crush on our prim and proper nang’ek. Aff even appeared on the show making him feel nervous and awfully shy. If what they are saying is true, Songkran is turning his crush into a reality. The Thai paparazzi have seen Aff traveling around the Bonanza Khao Yai area quite often lately. Songkran is heir to the Bonanza Khao Yai hotel chain and serves as an executive for the hotel. They suspect something is up.

According to a psychic, Songkran will be in relationship by the end of this year and his soulmate is not a light-skinned woman, she will be tan. As for Aff, her current boyfriend is not her soulmate, so there is a chance for Songkran.
