Who wore it best? the black rubber dress
I thought I was going crazy. “Where have I seen this dress before?” Then it donned on me–Noon Siraphun at the Bangkok International Film festival with her platinum blonde hair. Most recently that hideous looking thing was worn by ‘May’ Pitchanart Sakakorn for an event at the Address. So who wore it best?
Personally, my vote goes to Noon. Her spunky blonde hair gives the dress color and edge. On May, it looks dull because of her subdue make-up and classical up-do. Though May looks lovely like a princess, that dress is not made for a princess. It’s made for a crazy female rock-star. Noon’s appearance embodies the rock-star look more so than May.

Aha, two more days to Halloween. Well, the first look at Noon pic (with blonde hair and black dress) I thought she dressed for Halloween costume. For May, it looks nice and classic to me.

Wow! i like Noon with her blonde hair…it doesnt look bad at all…she’s sooo skinny and pretty too..I think she sorta looks like Halle Berry…except prettier…does anyone think that too??

damn wow…thumbs for Noon… she look so hot and sexy…she wore it best period. if u talking about high FASHION then Noon has all that….she look somehow like Rihanna and Halle Berry
