Oh my gosh, do replace him, don’t be modest Kao. You are so much better than Mario Maurer.

News has been generated that Kao is the new ‘it’ kid and will probably overtake Mario Maurer as the next big thing. Because I’m a pee sao (noona) Kao fan, I can see that happening. I like the kid, he’s entertaining to watch.

Kao was pretty modest with his answers, he said he can’t compare himself with Mario Maurer. He’s younger and Mario is more famous.

“No, I’m indifferent to it because I know it’s not true. From what I know, I have been  not contacted for anything. Everything is as before. I’m easily accepting work and continuing my education. As for Mario, he ’s going in a different direction. You can’t compare us. He’s older and was famous before I was. We also have different styles. He’s handsome in one way and I’m the other. You can’t replace one with the other. I have never thought about overtaking him either. Truthfully we have known each other since “Love of Siam”, I played  him as a kid.  See our age is very different. He’s very lovable guy with a good personality. I met him since then and he has not change,” Kao said.

Kao is not forcing himself to make it in the entertainment industry, he’s taking it easy.

“I’m not forcing myself. I have been working care-freely since I was a kid. My mother told me, if I can do it, it’s fine. If I can’t do it, I should think as though I did my best. My mother doesn’t think that just because I work, I will become famous. Suppose, afterwards, I have no more work, then I would quit. I won’t be stubborn and say that I must have work always. I came into this for the opportunity and for the experience. Others might finish school and then gain experience. But I have been doing this since I was a kid, I’ve had enough.”

Kao is not aspiring to be famous like Mario Maurer. If he is happy in the industry, he will continue to work, he said.

The stupid reporters then ask if Mario and Kao would feud over something like this. Kao said ‘no’.

“I know what he is like. Things like this, I don’t think he would react to it. We can still work together. He’s a good enough gentleman. He and I understand and it’s okay.”

Lastly, does Kao have  a girlfriend yet?. The answer is ‘no’. Cheer you 14 year olds and under, you still have a chance.

“I’m just a kid. I don’t even have a person I’m talking to. I have only friends. I have friends that are girls too, but there is nothing to it.”

I remember watching a show with Kao as a guest, he brought his two friends along and one of them said that Kao hates being called a celebrity. He finds it annoying, he rather be known a performer than a celebrity.
