Where I’m at, it’s snowing my dear friends and foes. Sighs, sorry to be a grump, I hate snow like no other. When you’re an adult, you drive, and school delays no longer exist, snow becomes more of a nuisance thanĀ a joy. Actually in my case, it becomes hazardous. Driving in snow has never been my forte, I can not tell you how many times I have ‘almost’ gotten into a car accident because I lost control of my car when driving in snow, sleet, or freezing rain.

Cars for everyone, 6 cars for 7 people. I live in a household with 7 individuals and I find it funny that I rarely see them. My grandparents live on the top floor in the two master bedrooms, they rarely go anywhere but to the supermarket. My brother is an electrician at some company nearby (yea, I kinda don’t pay attention), he works the 3rd shift. My parents work 7 days a week, evenings. By the time I leave, they get up. My brother fiance who lives with us leaves the house by 12 noon every day or earlier for school and then works at night as a nurse. She doesn’t get back until late, of course, this is not everyday. I leave the house daily by 12 noon and don’t get back until evening. Our schedules only allow use to collide briefly to say ‘hi’ and then we’re out. I live with 6 other people and at times I don’t think they even exist.

LOL it never snows where I live. But about a week or two ago it snowed in the early morning. This is probably like the second time it ever happened in my city history, well at least that’s what I know. The last time it snowed was 50 plus years ago, so it is a miracle that it even occurred. Even though it did not last, it was amusing lol.
well at least every one in your family is having a job. My family use to be like that but since my two parents are now unemployed i see them everyday. The only person i don’t see would be my sister now since she have 2 jobs and is going to school too. the only day i see her would be sunday.
Beautiful pictures!!!
I feel ya too girl. Snow is no fun. We just got through a blizzard and more is on the way. AISH!
it doesnt snow.. in fresno.
I’ve been shoveling twice today, and it’s still coming. The snow blower even stopped from overheating. Overheating in the snow? I share you’re story, I see my family only on weekend and there’s seven of us with six car.
I can understand you because It is snowing in France too and my father must leave 2 hours earlier to not be late because of trafficjam.
However. even if It makes things more difficult, I still like snow because It’s so beautiful.
My dog like it a lot too and we play together outside lol.
It’s worse here in Canada, felt like a popsicle even inside my house!!!
Goshhhhhhhh, its been raining like cats and dogs where I live. There was even possibilities that it might even snow, but now snow = no white Christmas. Your family sounds like my roommate and I, we have oppisite schedules so in she goes, out I go. It’s crazy, but drive safe!
Gosh, I’m so jealous. I live in LA now and we don’t get anything like that here. It reminds me of when I use to get snow back when I was living at home. I loved it b/c we would get snowdays from school and make snowcream, snow angels, and snowmen. Looking at your pics remind me so much of my childhood and your neighborhood looks a lot like my old neigborhood. Thanks for sharing.
hmmm…It’s snowing here in Virginia and Washington, D.C. like crazy…Outside my bedroom I can see piles of snow with cars stuck in all the muck. Glad, I’m warm in doors.
I’m so glad that it’s not snowing here in San Francisco but still we need to be extra careful ‘coz of the rain….but if we want to see snow we have to still drive going to tahoe and extra expenses also. Siggghhhss
Well, I’m in Florida right now and I kinda wish it were snowing. Or at the least, I wish mother nature would decide on winter or Summer. One day it’s freaking cold as I don’t know what and the next it’s hot as heck. Oh well. Hopefully when I visit my family next week I’ll get to see snow. Your pics are deceptive though. It looks so lovely and inviting!
I feel you my dear, because it’s snow season for us in MN too and at first it was so nice to see snow but now it’s becoming irritating with slippery roads and horrible drivers. I’m really thinking of moving out of here to Florida after settling down.
Oh! Totally know how you feel.
It’s snowing where I live too and gosh I hate dealing with it; always got to be extra caution with everything.
Like as you, I barely see my family members except my sisters since we always make time to discuss our days issue.
Just love your capture moment pictures, so beautiful.
