Call me superficial and vain, I find myself looking forward to Ken Theeradeth and Anne Thongprasom’s upcoming lakorn “365 Wan Haeng Ruk (365 days of love)” because I love the outfits they are wearing. I love the clean, preppy look. And they match without being overly obnoxious, they wear colors that complement each other. It’s chic and modern. It’s NICE!
In this lakorn, Anne and Ken will be playing a married couple. According to the director Ampaiporn Jitmaingong, “365 Wan Haeng Ruk (365 days of love)” will be a drama about the struggles of a married couple than a romantic comedy. According to Ken at the Top awards, filming will start sometime in March. As mentioned in the youtube clip below, it might air when Noi (Ken’s wife) is about to give birth to their second child, 6 months from now. So the lakorn could air around July or August, late summer.
Mini summary: Ken is Tula, he is married to Lanaree (Anne). Tula is a man who is confident in love, as for Lanaree, not so much. Lanaree is described as boisterous, self-centered, kinda like Alin from “Soot Sanaeha (A recipe for love)”. One day, Lanaree had her fortune read by a roadside psychic. The psychic tells her that she and Tula will break up. She doesn’t believe the psychic, so the psychic gives her an old notebook and instructs her to put it under her pillow when she sleeps. When she wakes, she will find out if the prediction that her marriage will end in divorce is true. For several days, Lanaree is very stressed out by the psychic’s prediction and she doesn’t want to believe it and rationalized that the psychic is old and is probably mentally distorted. Nonetheless, she decides to do what the psychic instructed and place the notebook under her pillow before she went to bed. The next day, she wakes up to find herself not at her house with Tula but at her mother’s house. She checks the calender, it’s the correct month and day. But wait, it’s a year ahead. Eventually, Lanaree learns that a year ago, Tula and herself fought severely about something to the point where she packed up her stuff and she moved back in with her mother.
Some are describing this lakorn as an extension of “Soot Sanaeha (A recipe for love)”, Lanaree is very much like Alin and Tula’s mannerism is like Kru Cook (Din). This is “Soot Sanaeha (A recipe for love) 2″ with a fantasy twist.

Again! This is their 4th project together. She directed Oum Ruk (Circle of Love), Sawan Biang (Heaven Diversion), Soot Sanaeha (A recipe for Love), and now “365 Wan Haeng Ruk (365 days of love)”. You have to admit, her lakorns are good and very pretty. This is her fifth project with Ken, she also directed “Jai Rao (Cracked Heart)”.
Singer and actress “Tong” Pakkaramai Protranan is the villain in this lakorn, who will try to steal Ken away from Anne because of jealousy. She is envious that Anne is living a happy and wonderful life with Ken, she wants that life and Ken.
At this part, Tong said, “I took the role because they said the character is prettier than nang’ek. But hey, it’s P’Anne! Since, I can’t be as pretty as P’Anne in real life, I want to be that on TV. That would be okay. So I quickly accepted the role.”—She is totally sucking up.

I love what Ken is wearing–a nice, clean black suit, he looks pretty dashing in it. Thank god, this time around, they are not making him wear those crazy tight-tight pants like in “Jai Rao (Cracked Heart)”. Love that she has a leash on him and the dog. Best picture of them together.
Her wedding dress is very ‘busy’ and what the heck is he wearing. I hate all white on men. I just can’t stand it. Hey, at least, the dog is looking pretty darn cute in his little dog suit. Can we all say AWE!?

ok to rebutt the non-ka fans (“haters” is not the right term for them)…
1) ken and ann do get paired up with other stars. after ssh, ken was paired w/ chompoo, ann was paired w/ rome. and ken still has a pending lakorn w/ cherry… see? they still get to be paired up w/ others…
2) i agree that not everybody likes ken-ann. but showbiz is still business, they have to give what the MAJORITY wants
3) “if you cant accept the truth that not EVERYONE loves them then don’t read the comments” eh? how can we avoid not reading the comments when it’s there lining up? it’s not like there’s an option here that says “filter the non-ka fans’ comments”
4) if you think ann is old for ken, then how much more for noi? she’s way older than ann… and a 13-month gap is not too much…

P’Ann Thongprasom is actually my only favourite actress from watching Thai drammas. I cannot speak Thai but watching her movies has made me fall for the language, as her voice and the way she speaks are so sweet ….:)I cannot bear watching other actresses besides her, except for one, p’Cherry:)
