“Yearning to stop the sunset at the horizon” ends today

Awe, my dad’s favorite lakorn ends today, I want to see his reaction to the ending. Yes, my 50 year-something father loves this lakorn and I always make fun of him because he does. HA!
In the scene, she walks over to him.
“I want to stare at your face and be with you forever.”
He looks down and doesn’t say anything because he knows they can never be together. She’s a princess and he’s a commoner. Difference of class.
She misunderstands his response and calls herself a nonsensical person and cries, “I’m really a nonsensical person huh.”
He doesn’t say anything again. She can’t take anymore and runs to the door.
Just at the moment, he shouts out, “I will think of you too!”
She stops and turns around. They both turn around. And I’m sure all the Thai fangirls are screaming their heads off just at this moment. And my dad who is in his 50s, who loves this lakorn is screaming inside also.
NamChiew:”Every time I look at the sunset, I will think of you.”
One of the theme song starts playing and they run towards each other for an embrace.
One part of the lyrics goes, “True love that grew in the heart, from this day forth, will only be a dream. Who can stop the sunset should stop it at this moment.”
Namchiew moves back a little and tells, “You will be the memory that is most important to me.”
She cries. He looks at her side to side like he is a computer trying to encode her facial imprint in his mind forever. Odd moment.
Then, the big KISS! And all the fangirls start screaming again! Oh my poor ears.
Off to the bed they go. It’s start to blur out and isn’t fantastic how her train is neatly overlapping the bed, like it was set there. Oy! I can’t blame them, they wanted to stage a perfect scene.
Now they blur to the roses near the bed. What do you think happened? Hmmm….

I loved this lakorn so much and I’m so sad they don’t end together but it’s logic. Grand’s acting is good for a first lakorn and I found she was better than Son lol.
You make me laugh by saying this lakorn only attracked old person lol because I love this lakorn but I’m far to be old lol. Well, I have always like lakorn others don’t like and dislike lakorn most people like lol.
But I hate the ending…I would love to see them together even if it’s not logic !

I actually thought Grand’s acting was better than Son’s. I was feeling for her when she was crying but her make-up kinda distracted me and then it seem like Son couldn’t quite capture the moment like Grand so their departure scene was not as heartbreaking as it should have been. I was thinking if it was two different actor/actress like for example Ann/can’t think of an actor then the scene would have been better…
overall it was an ok Lakorn. Like someone said it seem to capture the older generation more…

That is like the supidest ending ever in a lakorn I have ever seen. Even most of the nang’ek and pra’ek ended up together, they should have a better bring instead of sleeping together or something else. The main nang’ek do not match Son at all. They should have a different girl play not Grand. No offense to anybody out there who love Grand. My bad if this don’t make sense. I’m writing this on my iPhone during school hours so i have to hide it.

Grand was probably given this role for several reasons. This is an Exact production and Khun Boy likes casting new faces who are under his care. Grand is one of the most well known female newbies under Exact right now. She’s gained a lot of exposure and popularity through The Star 5. Her single even did better than several of those who placed higher than her in the contest. Also, I’d say a good number of people know her as Grace’s sister (and vice versa).
Although I do like Grand, I’ll admit that she wasn’t fitting for this role. It seems like she doesn’t have that special aura as an actress as she does as a singer.

aawweee…he’s cute and handsome. and she’s beautiful but whats with the dark mascara & eye-liner? that really ruins the rest of her facial cosmetics…if this even makes sense.
