Call me frugal because I am. To me, the thought of ever wanting to buy a $6,000 cellphone is mind boggling. Then again, I don’t make a million dollar a year. I’m sure if I made that much, I wouldn’t be frugal at all. I would SPEND, SPEND, SPEND, but not a $6,000 cellphone. Whatever, to each their own.
At the IN magazine awards yesterday, Aum clarified that her main squeeze Note Wiset did not buy her a 200,000 baht ($6030 USD) cellphone, she brought herself. So she does have a $6000 cellphone. I can believe that. She does make a lot of money per year.
“I brought it with my own money. It is a cellphone that I wanted for a long time and I have been saving up for it. I wanted it so badly, I even dreamt about it. I have been saving to buy it for a long time now. Everything that is mine, I have saved up money for it and can buy it on my own. (Are you very attached to this phone?”) I cherish it very much. I refuse to pick up calls and I don’t make frequent calls,” she told reporters.
Okay. I’ll keep my opinions to myself. We’ll just leave it at that.
I know Prada makes cellphone that cost that much. I wonder what brand it is. It’s a fashion brand cellphone probably covered in crystals and diamonds, an object that can probably blind you from a mile away.
Her phone is a Vertu Ascent, it’s kinda ugly.
I went and did a lil research on it. I think it’s beautiful, so luxury, made from animal skin (crocodile) inside the usb is 24k gold or plantinum, display with Sapphire Crystal whick is unstrachable.. Makes me want one, but too bad i can’t afford one..lol
Eh really it IS her money, as long as she’s not hurting anyone, she can do whatever she pleases with it. Aum is the highest paid star in Thailand so this comes as no surprise. Heck if I had money like hers, someone would need to lock me up cus I’d have no self control lmao.
Boyfriends may function as a speed dial like the Vertu, but only the vertu is 24/7. Your boyfriends are human so has limited ability as need to sleep. Not that I swear by it (I won’t buy one even if I’ve got money to spare) but it has saved one of my rich bangladeshi friend’s father’s life. His father had a hard attack on top of the tibet mountains, and the vertu phone button got him emergency medical service thru helicopters and sent him to the nearest hospital.. so now the whole family swears by vertu phones… if anyone of U calls your BF from, say, the Sumatran forest… let’s see him save you… unless he’s superman, or doesn’t need to sleep, watch a movie, work, go to meetings etc etc!

It’s actually a lovely phone… the one they showed is in this awful blue color so we all hate it. This phone is made from Titanium material so will not even dent if dropped a hundred times…(the floor or your boyfriend’s head may crack instead” hahaha) The most important part of this phone is the bottom corner “butler” button. It’s 24 hours service on call… they will go all out to do whatever you want… like if you want a pair of Christian Louboutin shoes that Sandra Bullock wore on the proposal and thailand does not have this brand, they will search the world for the size and color and deliver it to you… of course with service charges… This phone is really for the super rich only… the agent in Thailand is Panthongtae , Thaksin’s only son….

That is a bulky ass phone. WTF lol With that price, I thought it would be able to do just about anything, but it has limited ass features.

Sorry, but even if I were rich I wouldn’t spend 6,000 on a phone. Especially not that one, and I’d probably still be frugal. I dunno, the thought of spending tha tmuch money on a phone under any circumstances hurts me.
