Produced by Polypus, “Prajun Lai Payak (Tiger Moon)” is a tale of jealous and competition between two women who grew up together like sisters. “Aum” Patcharapa Chaichuea is Janchai and Yui Jiranan is Parndeun (or just Deun), their fathers were both police officers.
When Janchai became orphaned as a child after witnessing her father and Parnduan’s father being shoot to death by a gang of drug dealers, Nuan (“Tum” Rotrin Janthara), Parndeun’s mother, took Janchai in and raised Janchai like her own daughter. Janchai grew up well supported and loved by Nuan, her daugther Parndeun, and Nuan’s son Tiwa (“San” Prachakorn Piyasakulkaew).
After they graduate from school, both Janchai and Parndeun decide to follow in their fathers’ foot step and tried out for the police academy. They both get in.
Their relationship began to fall apart when they entered the police academy because Janchai proved to be better at everything compared to Deun. She was better liked, better respected by their pairs, more skilled, and Annon (“Weir” Sukollawat Kanaros), their field trainer, liked her better than Deun. Fueled by competition and jealously, Deun began to disregard her sisterly bond with Janchai and their relationship began to crumble.
Om Akkapan is our second pra’ek, he plays “Wayu”, a mafia member who likes Janchai because she once saved his life.
Of course there is more to the story, but I’ll just leave it at this.
“Prajun Lai Payak (Tiger)” is scheduled to replace Kwan and Vee’s lakorn “Liam Ruk (Angles of Love)” on February 17, 2010.
Character description of the 4 main characters from Polypus:
“Aum” Patcharapa Chaichuea is Janchai, a beautiful girl inside and out. Because she was orphaned at a young child, she is a humble person. She is a gentle person under her tough girl exterior. Though she is just a woman, she has a courageous personality. She is willing to sacrifice herself comparable to any grown masculine man. She is a compassionate woman, who is considerate of others, which makes her very popular with her friends and even her foster mother Nuan (“Tum” Rotrin Janthara), foster sister Parndeun (Yui Jiranan), and foster brother Tiwa (“San” Prachakorn Piyasakulkaew). They all love her dearly. Because they had taken her in as a young child, Janchai is willing to sacrifice everything for them. She is even willing to lose Annon (“Weir” Sukollawat Kanaros), the man she loves with all her heart. She can abandon him for the sake of her younger sister Parndeun.
Yui Jiranan is Parndeun, a woman who only has ambition on her mind. She is competitive towards other people and doesn’t like to lose. Parndeun keeps her bad personality trait hidden under the image that she is a good person. She is strict when it comes to rule and regulations to the point where she does not care about others, which made her not as popular as Janchai. Underneath it all, she is not confident in herself because people like to compare to Janchai. Parndeun has a inferior complex with Janchai, which transformed into grudge. Her grudge made her cruel, she became a person who is willing to do everything so that she can be number 1.
“Weir” Sukollawat Kanaros is Officer Annon, a handsome young officer loved by all the ladies. He’s a gentleman and a generous person. He is a man who is confident in the law, especially when it comes to justice, which makes Annon feel conflicted with his relationship with Janchai and hesitate with his relationship with Parndeun. There will be several occasions where Annon will have to choose between his duty as an officer and his heart.
Om Akkapan is Wayu, a young mafia member with high taste. He’s clever, intelligent, and very cool. He is a bold and decisive person. Janchai saved his life once, which made him very impressed by her bravery. His high esteem for her eventually turned into love. Wayu inherited his half-brother Pupa’s gang and made it great. Wayu is the number 1 target for the police and Pupa’s former minions, who want to retake Pupa’s gang and his booming illegal business.
At the end of one of the teasers, Yui says to Aum, “on this planet, there is only one moon!”

Totally weird.. a couple years back they both played this kinda role but opposite Yui was nang’ek and Aum was nang’rai.. I’ll watch this lakorn
can wait to see this lakorn AUM is so pretty
Wow, this is a first time that Aum is actually covered up. Almost couldn’t tell it was Aum. LOL jk. A lakorn I will pass as well.
<333 AUM!!!
Yui is nice as a person… she’s my regular customer and I find her genuine, sincere, not forgetting her roots, and not FAKE!!! She dresses not fashionably but suitable for her. As for Aum, I served her twice and find her to be over-hyped!! She’s pretty, but I feel that she’s a STSIP (She-thinks-she Is Pretty) type, so it shows in her face, her actions… etc. And that makes her overly-conscious and proud looking! And look at her slaving to appear sexy all the time (I think it’s tiring) and her ultra-thick make-up: Aum, please take your examples from Japanese actresses who look so good natural!! Less is More, my dear Aum! I hate the pairing… yes.. she’s much much older than Weir, and wondering if she can pull the nang ek roll off… Also wondering… she looks good with so much makeup.. what happens when she washes her face? Will we get a big Shock?!!!
But looking forward to seeing Handsome Om Akkapan (very Man) and Yui.
Don’t they have other n’ek?
Aum is nearly 10 years older than Weir now and she appears in too many lakorns now.
I agree with lisa, I like Yui more. I mean compare her pictures and aum, if you don’t know who is the na’ek and don’t know them at all, you would think that aum is the nang’rai.
Also, if people think Aum and Noon’s drama now is bad for “kids”, this one is even worse! Aum and Yui are at the point of murdering each other! *tsk, *tsk, *tsk.
This is really dumb. I don’t like neither chicks. Ch7 has lame “action” dramas. And Aum trying to high kick in that one dress is just absurd. lol. I agree, the “love” story is kinda like Aum’s drama now with Noon. Aum is in wayyyyyyyyyy too many dramas. Ch7 needs to seriously balance out who they put on screen. Better yet, they need some new people. I’m tired of the same faces over and over.
This is dumb. Isn’t Aum tired of doing lakorn where two friends fight over the same guy. First, if your friend fight over the same guy than she ain’t your friend.
This is the same as Aum and Noon lakorn. WTF
Hmm.. i don’t see the significance in the title of the lakorn YET. This one seems quite predictable but Weir is a great actor and the female leads are pretty.^^
AUM will be GREAT as nang’ek…im so use to seeing Yui in Nang’rai roles…and i like aum and wier together!..=D
I like Yui more. I think Yui matches the Nang’ek role better than a nang’rai. If it was switch i would want to watch this lakorn. I’m not so sure with Aum being the Nang’ek. I think Aum is pretty and all but not nang’ek qualities.
I don’t care what you guys said I still like
weir and aum. Also, you guys happy that yui
and aum is working together again.
