I freaking love this series, love this man’s sexual confusion. If only he knew she was a girl, things would have been so much easier for him, but not as entertaining for us.
In the scene above, Sutad has decided to leave Jao Noi because he is being just an a-hole lately. He even kicked her out of his farm and called her a burden. Really, Jao Noi is just confuse, he likes Sutad, but feels conflicted because he thinks she is a guy. In an attempt to save his sanity, he pushes her away by being cruel. Sutad can’t take the harsh treatment and decides to leave him with Tiang. They take the next bus out.
Jao Noi, who realizes that he can’t bear the thought of losing Sutad, stops the bus and drags Sutad out. Sutad is dumbfounded and argued with him as to why he wanted her to stay now
Sutad:”Why would I return? Didn’t you say you didn’t need me anymore? I know that I have been a burden to you for too long, now it is time for me to leave you.”
Jao Noi exposing himself, screams at her, “but right now, you can’t go anywhere.”—-Really what he is trying to say is, you can’t leave because I need you
Sutad wanted to know why. He struggled with the answer because he can’t tell her the real reason, it would be too weird. HAHA. So he brings up the cow calf Junior. “Just when you’re not a around, he starts to moan, I’m annoyed by it. Didn’t you make an agreement with me that you would take care of him?” What a loser! Sure, sure, that is the real reason. Just tell her already, you like her. haha.

Heck ya, I fast-forwarded through the first 10-15 minutes of the episode–it was mostly family dramas between Deun and her mother-in-law and sister Tem. Blah, blah, Deun was being a biatch and stole her mother’s heirloom jewelry. Tem confronted her about and revealed that she knew that Tom was not Khun Din’s child, she is Chert’s daughter. Holy, not really. Rather dull. Yea, she got slapped for that and was even threatened by Deun. That Deun, she is something, she loves to give people crazy looks and slaps. You disobey me, slap. Better yet, I’ll have Chert kill you off. She’s crazy.
I started watching it when Jao Noi and Sutad appeared on scene. Love their interaction.
Sutad, in this scene, is making a bracelet. Jao Noi comes out to watch her, they are still awkward around each other ever since the drunkard kiss a few days ago.
Jao Noi:”Oh so you know how to make something like this?”
Sutad:”I used to make theses to sell at the open road. Now, I’m making a leash for Junior.”
Jao Noi trying to be friendly. “It’s very pretty, make me one too.”—so awkward.
Sutad looks up at him. “You’re a guy, why would you want to wear it?”
Jao Noi:”because it is pretty.”
She ignores him and he takes two bracelets from the table. “Who are these?”
Sutad:”Mine and Aunt Tiang.”
She tries to take it back and he moves his hand away, he puts on of the bracelet on. “It’s very pretty, I’m asking for it. You can make another one for Tiang.”
For a bit, he struggles to put it on, he asked for her help. Reluctantly, she does it. He watches her with content and with an inner smile like he has other intentions for this moment. What, tell us, what do you have mischievous Jao Noi.
Ha! He puts the other one on her. It will be their matching friendship bracelet. So corny. What a dork!
As he putting the bracelet on her, he says, “we can be part of the same gang.”—oh Jao Noi, you don’t want to be part of her gang, stop fibbing, you want to be more. Look at the way he was looking at her, that is not how a friend looks at another friend.
Bang who arrived just in time to see them together was in a state of distress.
Bang:”Oh this has gone too far.”
Bang decides to follow Jao Noi, for some reason. He’s so weird. He watches from a far in distress when Jao Noi examines Sutad’s bracelet. Jao Noi notices Bang and asked what does he want.
Bang said he wanted to ask Jao Noi a question. “When will Sutad leave?”
Jao Noi:”Why do you want to know for?”
Bang:”Because I’m concern about you. If he leaves your life, you might be able to readjust your feelings, body, and soul.”
Jao Noi is confuse.”What do you mean by that?”
Bang:”Jao Noi, my master, what ever you do or think you need to consider your family’s name. Most importantly, you already have Jao Saengkham. I don’t understand you at all, you have always liked girls. How have you turned this way?”
Jao Noi is still confuse. He tells Bang to tell him nicely or else.
Bang raised his voice and tells Jao Noi: “I know the truth, you have to accept that you like guys and you like TAD!”
Jao Noi was a little shaken. IT was true, he does like Tad but he didn’t want to reveal that as of yet.
Jao Noi calmly:”Are you crazy?”
Bang:”No, I have been watching you. You have been very playful with him, holding his head. Oh ho, every time I see it, my hair stands. I didn’t want to say anything.”
Jao Noi:”Hey, I’m not thinking anything of Tad, I only think of him as a younger brother. Just that! If you say this crazy thing to me again, I will kick you in the mouth.”
Bang:”Then you need to prove to me that you have not changed. You have to make it clear before everyone on this farm will say that you have turned ‘gay’.”
Bang ‘eee’ and walked away.
Sutad plays with her bracelet and is probably thinking about Jao Noi as Tiang asked her when she will return to the Bussaya house. Sutad, she will leave soon. She asked Tiang why she asked.
Tiang said she just wanted to make sure. Sutad seems to happy here with Jao Noi, she might not want to go back to the Bussaya house to investigate her father’s death. Tiang had to set her straight as to what is important.
Tiang:”You want to prove to everyone that you are part of the Bussaya household, or have you forgotten this important matter already?”
Sutad:”There is nothing more important than my father’s Will.”
Tiang insinuating.”Oh, and I thought the most important thing to you is Jao Noi.”
Say what?
Sutad plays dumb. “I’m not thinking about that at all.”
Tiang accusing, “don’t deny it. You have accepted yourself like his slave and you are willing to do everything for him. Khun Tad, have you fallen in love with him?”
Say what again? Sutad gave Tiang a dumbfounded, “HOLY I been caught” look.
Instead of answering, she looks down, admitting that yea, she likes him. Well at least she is honest about it compared to Jao Noi who is just in complete denial.
Tiang can’t believe it. “Khun Tad, this can never be. You shouldn’t think sweetly.”
Sutad:”Why not?”
Tiang:”Lets think about this, imagine how angry he will be when he learns you disguise yourself as a boy and used him to get into the Bussaya household. Most importantly, you are Taddao, the woman he hates the most. If he knew, he will never look at you again. Khun Tad, you need to accept it at this moment and cut yourself off from him before the situation gets worst.”
Awww….don’t do it. He likes you too. DON’T! Tiang is lying, she is foolish. Your love is possible. Don’t do it! Just don’t! Cling to that fool!
Aww, both are conflicted about their feelings for each other.
Sutad fears he will reject her once he finds out that she is really a girl and Taddao, the younger woman his father wanted to marry.
Jao Noi doesn’t want to be gay. He struggles with his feelings for Sutad to who he thinks is a guy.
Awww…don’t have doubt. Your love is possible! Don’t believe Bang or Tiang, just follow your heart. Just do it.
Oh the next morning, he was struggling so early in the morning because he was moved by her beauty as she made coffee for him in the kitchen. She smiled at him with this big bright SMILE, you can tell he was feeling pressured by his emotions, he quickly turned around and walked away trying to avoid her. He was probably thinking, why is she so damn enticing, I need to walk away or else I won’t be able to control myself.
To mask his feelings for her, he acted rudely towards her. She brought him coffee. He rejects it. “I don’t want to drink coffee.”
Sutad doesn’t understand what is going on and thinks that Jao Noi is trying to beat his addiction to coffee and teased that he probably can’t do it. He even drinks coffee before he sleeps. He is too addicted.
As she is saying all of this, he purposely looked away and avoided eye contact with her because he knows he won’t be able to control himself if he looks her straight in the eye. He KNOWS he is too drawn to her. Poor guy and it’s freaking hilarious.
To hide his feelings, instead of being nice, he decides to be mean. Well, he is agitated too, he doesn’t understand his feeling and she is the source of his distress.
He kicks her out and she is baffled by his loud behavior. What the hell is up with this fool, she was probably wondering.
Sutad:”What’s the matter? Are you sick?”
She ventured her hand to check his forehead and he panics and pushed her away. HAHA, oh just her touch can send him wild. haha. AGAIN, poor guy.
Jao Noi:”What crazy thing are you doing. Didn’t I just tell you to go far far away from me. Don’t you have work to do. Don’t interfere with me too much.”
I loved how when he got up from his proclamation and avoiding making contact with her as he passed her. HAHA. Dude!
Sutad was just baffled by his behavior, but doesn’t think too much of it. She concludes that he might of a stomach issue that is why he is cranky. Nope, he doesn’t, it’s a love issue and it involves you.
At the grape vineyard, Jao Noi continues to be a douche towards Sutad.
Sutad just wanted to help him today picking grapes or whatever they were doing, he coldly refused her offer.
Jao Noi:’There is no need, I don’t need your help. Every time you help me, there is always problems. Do you know how much you have made me lost. Just leave. I’m annoyed.”
Sutad quietly and with her sad puppy dog eyes, “you’re annoyed by me?”
Jao Noi:”Ya! I’m annoyed by you. I’m tired of your face too. Just go, where ever. Just go.”
Sutad doesn’t understand. “What has happened to you?”
Jao Noi:”Nothing, I’m just being me. No one can change me. Every since I have met you, you have cause me headaches. I have been in distress because of you only.” —chill.
Awwwww….Sutad cries and walked away. Bastard, you best apology Jao Noi, that was mean.
Sutad asked the calf Junior why Jao Noi is being such an a-hole. “What have I done, why he is yelling at me for? Everything he says is leave, leave. What does he see me as? If I knew it would be like this, I would have stayed at the Bussaya house, it would have been better, I wouldn’t have followed him here.”
Jao Noi followed Sutad and confronted her. “What you complaining about?”
Sutad:”Why have you followed me, didn’t you say, you didn’t want to see my face?”
Jao Noi:”I didn’t follow you, I just came to check if you were lacking off at work. Why are you standing around idly? Do you think you are the owner of this place…huh? And that is why you do everything you want to do?”
Sutad was stunned by his comment but remained quiet.
Jao Noi continuing, “I think I let you have your way too much, that is why you have forgotten yourself.”–Ouch.
Sutad:”I have never forgotten who I am.”
Jao Noi angrily still:”Really? Then do your work well, thus I won’t have to instruct you. Do you know I’m bored of caring for you. Take responsibility for your own life. Here is no longer your place anymore.”
Sutad can’t believe it. “So that means you are chasing me away?”
Jao Noi said yes and told her to return to the Bussaya house in Bangkok. Oh Jao Noi, you’re gonna regret it.
Jao Noi:”I don’t want you here, I don’t want to see your face. Leave my farm now! Have I not spoken clearly, TAD?”
Sutad cries, “Ha, I understand now. I won’t stay here anymore. I want to thank you for watching over me always. I hope that one day I can repay you back.”
She gives him a respectable WAI and walked away. She looked back, he never turned to look at her.
Look at him, he didn’t feel great about that at all. Stop faking. Turn around and watch her walk away. We all know you want too.
Sutad is leaving and is taking Tiang with her.
Hearing that Tiang is leaving with Sutad, Bang whines to Jao Noi that he has lost the love of his life.
Bang:”What have you done? Why didn’t you chase him away nicely? Look, Tiang is angry with you and is leaving with Tad.”
Jao Noi:”Well that is a good thing.”
Bang differs. “How is that good, Tiang is not leaving alone, she is leaving with my heart. How can I go on now?”
Jao Noi:”Stop overacting, I’m annoyed.”
Bang:”Jao krap, I’m not, I really feel that way. Haven’t you been like me before? To have stayed with the one you love, do you know how wonderful that is? Every time we wake up, her imagine is the first think we think of. Before we go to bed each time, her imagine is the last imagine we see before we close our eyes. Haven’t you felt this way with Saengkham before? Huh?”
Jao Noi struggles for an answer because the answer is NO. Maybe not with Saengkham but with Sutad he has, but he can’t tell Bang that.
Jao Noi avoids answering the question by telling Bang to find a new girlfriend and stop whining.
Bang tells Jao Noi he can’t. Tiang is the only woman for him. “A woman who will stay with you during burdening times, a woman who understand you like you are the same person, a woman in this life we can not live without. Don’t you understand me? You have ruined my life. You are evil, you are evil. Jao is crazy!”—-WTF
And he ran away like a crazy person. Oh Bang! You crack me up.
Waiting for the bus, she looks back at the farm, obviously our cross-dresser doesn’t want to leave. She will miss Jao Noi.
He knows he will miss her. He thinks about the time they spent together, the things she had said that moved him. “I will follow you everywhere. Wherever you go, I will go with you, ” Sutad at the creek.
“You are a Jao (Prince) and I’m just Sutad, I can’t be your brother. I don’t want you to lose your honor because of me. Just let me be Tad like this forever.”–Sutad at the Bussaya house, her second day, when Jao Noi offered to be her brother.
On the bus, Sutad thinks about Jao Noi. She knows she will miss him.
But who cracked first, Jao Noi can’t bear the thought of losing Sutad, he chased after the bus and drove in front of it to stop it. He wants his woman back!

Tiang playfully, “that’s right. I wondered why if Tad is the most burden thing in your life, am I right?’
hahaha. Now he has to admit, Sutad is meaningful to him so that she will come back to the farm
Jao Noi, not wanting to answer, screams. “Stop talking too much.”
Jao Noi looks at Sutad and gave her options go back with him or not. He is annoyed when she doesn’t answer him quickly enough. “You dare abandon me?”
Oh look at his face, he was afraid of her answer. In his head he is probably screaming, “DON’T LEAVE ME!”—I’m enjoying this lakorn way too much.
Sutad agrees to go back. “I can go back with you but you have to promise never to chase me away again.”
Jao Noi agrees. Aw, he even opened the door for her and pushed her in impatiently, like he was afraid she would change her mind.
Tiang doesn’t understand why Sutad has agree to come back, she has already gotten the job at the Bussaya house, why care about what Jao Noi wants and think. Oh Tiang, how can you not understand, her heart is the color of chompoo (pink), meaning our cross-dresser is in love.
Sutad makes up an excuse, ‘lets not forgot, Jao has been good to me. If I didn’t have Jao, I couldn’t have gotten into the Bussaya house easily.”
Tiang knows that is lame excuse said, ‘don’t showoff his goodness to me, ah, I think, you still can’t break your feelings for him. Look at you, you have cried because of him. Don’t you think you will be hurt more if you stay longer?”
Sutad quietly with shyness. “I’m willing.”
Say what? Too CUTE!
Sutad:”No one has ever made me feel this way before. Jao, he makes me feel warm inside, I feel safe, I’m happy that I can be near him.”
She looks out the window. “I know, not too long, my happiness like right now, will end. I want to keep this happiness here the longest it can be. Please understand me.”
Tiang nods in approval.
Bang is happy that he got his girlfriend Tiang back, but why bring Sutad back. By bringing Sutad back, it means Jao Noi has feelings for Sutad. Bang advises Jao Noi to seek medical attention to cure his homosexual tendencies. It can be cured. He encouraged Jao Noi to marry Saengkham to prove that he is a man.
Jao Noi feels insulted and yelled at Bang. ‘I don’t need to get marry to prove that I’m a real man. I don’t need to prove anything, because I am not what you think. If you bring this up again, I will kick you.”
ha.
If Sutad wants to stay, she has to follow Jao Noi’s guidelines.
1. Sutad has to report to Bang and Bang will arrange all of Sutad’s work schedule.
2. If Jao Noi doesn’t call for her, she doesn’t go see him. She is forbidden to be near him when he is drunk—oh man, no more drunk kisses. Darn!
3. If he is sick or hurt, she must not care for him. She can’t wipe his body.
4. She is not allow at his house, if he does not give her permission.
5. She must stay 1 meter away from him.
Sutad:”So this mean you want me far way from you. How can I make you coffee now.”
Jao Noi:”From now on, you don’t have to make me coffee anymore.”
Sutad:”Fine if you want it like this.”
He leaves after saying, ‘it will start today.”
She watches him walk away.
Blah, blah, be happy that you have wishbone translating this scene for you, I fast-forward through it. They planted a tree together for religious reason. It’s her birthday and Jao Noi has forgotten about it, just like every year.
Sutad sees Jao Noi at work and ran up to him. He wants to inform him about something and he told her she was an idiot for not following his guidelines.
She just wanted to tell him that his fly was open. Who is the idiot now? hahahah. What a loser!
He didn’t realize that she was there and told her to quickly finish her task so that they can go back together, all of the workers. When she turned around and he saw it was her, he pretty much cursed at himself.
Jao Noi:’Oh it’s you Tad, just go away, anywhere.”
Aw, she frowned and walked away. Not on purpose, he walked in front of her. She moved left, so did he. Annoyed that they going no where, he pushed her away. It wasn’t her fault, it was his fault.
The work is done, he doesn’t have a ride back. Bang took it car back. But hey, look at Sutad, she’s got a ride. A bicycle! She offered to give him a ride back. He refused angrily.
In the end, he took the offer. It is a long way back. First leg, she pedaled. But the hill proved to much and Jao Noi is a 6′ ft Thai guy, his weight was to heavy for her, it was his turned to do the pedaling.
Back home, he yells at Bang for taking his car.
