Ch3 wants Aum Patcharapa
Heck, they want everyone. What is up with Ch3 and throwing top bahts at TV rating kings and queens of Ch7? They got Chompoo Araya, they got Por Natthawut, now they want “Aum” Patcharapa Chaichuea. Another thing, where do they get the money, since their lakorns don’t do that well compared to Ch7 in terms of TV ratings. I would think advertisers would flock, would pay Ch7 not Ch3 more since Ch7 reach a wider range of people. I don’t know how this works so ignore me regarding that matter and I don’t know the financial background of either institutions. I know Khun Daeng is scared according to Thairath. The rumor is she is pulling in her top stars for contract meetings even though their contract is not up for a renewal yet. She pulled in “Weir” Sukollawat Kanaros and Vee Veeraparb, offering them 5 year contracts, though they both have 2 more years left in their current contracts.
It’s been known for awhile, Ch3 wants “Aum” Patcharapa Chaichuea in their stables. Currently, they are enticing her with a 20 million baht ($613,000 USD) sign up bonus offer, more than what they have given to Por Natthawut, he only received a 12 million baht ($366,000 USD) money bonus for signing with Ch3 and an opportunity to be a producer. Insane.
TV Scene production boss, Khun “Pin” Natnan Chawiwong has come out to say she wanted to work with “Aum” Patcharapa Chaichuea for a long time now. Since the era, when Aum was playing nang’rai for Ch7. Khun Pin met Aum when Aum came to visit May Fuengarom (Aum’s best bud) at her lakorn set.
Khun Pin: “Back then, she was still scrawny and still a kid. I joked with her to come play (in lakorns) for me when her contract (with Ch7) expires. If she wants to come work for me, I’ll take her. It really has to do with the right timing, whoever is talented, I want them in my lakorns. It will change the image of the lakorn to have Aum Patcharapa with Aum Atichart, viewers will have the upper hand (be interested).”—not me. They would make such a strange couple. Lets not.
Thai netizens were discussing, this is Ch3’s strategy to buy out the competition. Others say, Ch3 has too many actors already, why acquire more? Some want Aum Patcharapa to be a free agent. I say, lets work on making lakorns better and worry less about the actors–better stories, better plots, better production quality (I’m talking to you Ch7), better special effects (Again, I’m talking to you Ch7), stop with the twin plot line, different pairings (thank you Ch3 for mixing it up), more variety of actors, those are some of things I would like to be improved. Lastly, a stop to the overacting and exaggerations, Ch5 I’m talking to you now.

its the producer of Tv Scene that is trying to take all of ch7 stars. she was the first to contact Por now shes trying to get pinky-aum to go to ch3. leave the stars where they are at! i know eventually ch7 will lose more of their stars in the long-run though. i dont wanna see more of ch7 stars go to ch3 cuz that would mean i have to see them with my favs.

Aum Patcharapa is the second most famous actress in Thailand after Ann and her lakorns are always doing well in rating. So It’s not a surprise CH3 wants her since their lakorns do so bad in rating lol.

Why can’t ch7 grab Yard, she looks more of a ch7 star than a ch3. Don’t know why, but I always thought Yard was with ch7 but she’s really with ch3 lmao… Ch7 can keep AumP. They could have PorN back too, I don’t mind. And as for Pinky, keep her where she belongs.
There are advantages and disadvantages being in channel contracts. But I come to realize I like the channel contracts. It does limit paring but each channel definitely has a huge amount of actors and actresses themselves. They just don’t make use of them, that’s all.
You may think that urban areas will bring in ratings, well not quite true.
When it comes to channels, I am definitely a ch3 fan. I do like Ch7 lakorns once in a blue moon. Ch5, geez they just piss me off with their storyline to the point where I can’t even finish one. I can tolerate but it just becomes boring when you know what’s going to happen. Like for example, they would throw in a dramatic scene and end it there and then the very next episode, it is nothing. At first, you get so excited then disappointed. So therefore when I’m watching an Exactgerated (pun intended not a spelling error lol) I don’t get excited.

CH3 needs to work on promoting their products rather than buying off talent. Do they really need Aum? No, they have so many actors/actresses as is so why not work with what you have. Aum is a top star so I can see why they’d want her but I don’t think she could do much for them if given the opportunity, they already have star quality but they’re not promoting the right people, that’s their problem. As for ratings, well what can you do, CH7 has always dominated for years.

I think both ch 3 and ch 7 have their gd and bad points.. The ch 3 lakorns are more credible, with better scriptwriters and planning, more sophisticated so they appeal to the city folks. Ch 7 has a lot of dramatization… which the rural folks love. This is where the money comes from! Compare the no. of rural folks to the city folks… the rural may buy small and cheaper items but the qty is massive! Aum is rich cos she’s in Ch 7. Look at her Mistine Ads, SunSilk etc etc that makes her at least 8 million Bht each!!! Ok, if she thinks short term she may take the 20 million first, but if she’s smart she should stay on and reap the millions that come from commercials… I think CH 3 is a pain in the a– to start taking other channels stars just because they have deep pockets… Have money so what? Why don’t use the money and groom your own stars??? Not confident enough and want the easy way out by grabbing other channels stars?? You all may say its a free world, but I’ve lost all respect for them now. Besides taking more top stars over will mean lesser exposure and competition for their present stable of stars…

lyn, i don’t think ch. 7 will ever improve lol and ch. 5, because of that reason i stopped watching for a bit now. i still like pong and bee though. i swear, ch.5, if they introduce a secret in the beginning, that secret is not going to be revealed until the last ep or something–drags. they’ll lead you to think something’s gonna happen but it won’t. i so.. know how they do things. plus they have a smaller group of actors so it’s mostly the same people together.

Ch.3 is really pulling everyone in. If they do get Aum, then that’s pretty much it for ch.7…Aum has always been with ch.7 and she was the one who kept their ratings as high as it was.

How about they send Yard over to Ch 7, keep Pinky there too and send Aum over to Ch 3. Her talent will be better tested at Ch 3 because their scripts requires true skills. Plus I want to see Aum with Rome!!

lol lyn i love what you have to say what a delight…but wow 20 mill for her that’s extreme feel bad for ch7 they are already so limited at actor/actress that the same pairing and storylines are boring i haven’t watched one ch7 lakorn in 6yrs…well this is business and whatever brings in money
