Dok Ruk Rim Tang: Ep 23, I’m still your Ooth

Oh these two kids, get it together. Both are unsure if the other likes them back. You do. You love each other, now get marry. It’s an order.

In episode 21, Vee (played by Bie) reveals to Ooth or Anoot (played by Vill), he knows she is a girl. Anoot feeling like she betrayed him and can’t face him decides to leave, so all of episode 22, we have Anoot avoiding Vee. He was disappointed, she was worried that he hates her for lying. Really, he didn’t care. He has known for a while, he was waiting for her to confess so that they can move on, build a relationship. She doesn’t know that though.

On the rooftop he said this: “From a man who happens to be a woman, from Ooth to Anoot, from a servant to a daughter of a millionaire…what else will change?” awww, he’s scared. Since she is Anoot now, will she change, will her feelings for him remain?

Then he tries to assure himself:’I can believe Ooth, our feelings for each other will remain.”

That reassurance was knocked out of the ballpark when she ran away and left him a note that said:

“Khun Vee krap, I accept that I have lied to you. I had a reason, I hope that you can understand. Since you know the whole truth, I don’t think I can face you. I’m sorry I am leaving you without a goodbye. I promise to remember the kindness you have given me FOREVER.

Ooth, Anoot”

Vee was confuse:”Remember my kindness forever? For what reason?”

In a distraught state, he burns the note and then calls Tun (played by Oh).

Vee:’She’s with you, right? It’s a good thing, I don’t have to worry, she is with a person who she trust.”

Beside Tun, Ooth or Anoot cries.

Sucks to to be you two.

Yesterday in episode 23, they reunited at the park. Vee found the Will and wanted to give it to her. Isn’t he nice.

The meeting at the park, Ooth comes as Anoot, her true self. She looks cuter as Ooth. The make-up bugs me.

He walks up to her and says her name sternly, “Khun Anoot.”

She introduces herself using her full name Anoot Patnopreedee. To give them privacy, Tun whistles for Huntu to go for a walk.

Vee:”Finally, I get to know your true identity, Khun Anoot Patnopreedee.”

By his tone, he might have sounded angry, really he’s just scared that he might lose her, so Anoot tried to defend herself.

“I’m still the same Ooth you know. Nothing has changed.”

He smiles. “As for me, Ooth is Ooth. Anoot is Anoot. You want me to talk to you, do thing with you like what I did with Ooth, I can’t.”

Anoot doesn’t get it. “Why not?”

Vee:”He was my friend, my younger sibling, a person I love and was deeply concern about. I trusted him the most. Now he’s gone. Gone without ever returning again.”—oh shut up, you got Anoot now. Ooth and Anoot, same difference.

Vee raising his voice:”Do you know why? Because Ooth is an image you created, he’s not even real.”

Anoot:”Why do you think the things that happened between you and Ooth was only an image. Why you think it’s fake?”

Vee:”Because everything was planned out. It was a plan for Ooth to come into my house to look for the Will.”–oy calm down.

She says nothing.

Vee:”Isn’t that the truth?”

She doesn’t answer and turns her away. She begins to weep. Why? This is way too dramatic. She wipes her tears away and turns back to look at him, “if you believe that everything that I have said, have done, is because I wanted the Will. I don’t think I have anything to say. Now can you tell me where my father’s writings are at. Can you please return it to me now?”

At this point, Vee’s sister is coming to the park with the painting.

Vee tells Anoot, the painting with her father’s writings is coming in 10 minutes.

Vee turns to walk away, Anoot shouts out to him:”I can wait. I have done everything to get it. Just 10 minutes, it won’t be too hard.”

Vee is annoyed. He turns back to look at her with a smirk. “That’s right. To disguise yourself and deceive others you done that just for that WILL.”

Anoot:”You can insult or yell at me, go ahead. I can accept my wrongdoings, but I had a reason.”

Vee:”Why didn’t you trust me? Why couldn’t you tell me the truth?”

Anoot:”The reason I didn’t tell you the truth is because I was scared, scared that you wouldn’t be able to accept it. Scared that you would be angry at me.”

Vee corrects her. “I’m not angry at you for disguising yourself as a boy, I have known for a long time NOW!”—-BOMB!

Yea, he knew.

Anoot is speechless.

Vee:”That day, you knew that I knew who you were. Before you would tell me, you ran away. You didn’t even say good-bye.”

He starts to walk away, she follows him.

Anoot:”I gave you a letter. I told you, I had a reason for doing this. I apologized too.”

Vee:”That wasn’t the thing I wanted to know.”

Anoot:”What did you want to know?”

Vee:”The thing I wanted to know was…once the truth was revealed, everything will change. Everything we shared, will it change too? Or will it still be the same?

Anoot:”What did you think?”

Vee:”I didn’t think too much. Your note from that day, it told me clearly that you have changed.”

He turns to walk away again, she shouts after him:”I haven’t changed.”

She walks in front of him to face him. “I have told you already, only my outside changed. Inside of me, everything is still the same.”

Vee:”What do you mean by that?”

Anoot:”I’m telling you. Whether I’m Ooth or Anoot, how I felt about you, I still feel that way. It hasn’t change.”

Around this point, Vee’s sister is being attacked by Jitree and Sek. Tun sees them and goes to help her out. Gunshots were heard and Anoot and Ooth ended their conversation.
