I have not paid much attention to Ken and Chompoo’s lakorn “Wiwa Wa Woon (Chaotic Wedding)”, the ending did catch my eye. In case you didn’t know, it ended today with a proposal and someone getting shot and the villain going to jail. It’s a lakorn someone is bound to get shot by the end. It’s how it done. Don’t mess with the formula. Obviously in this case, they didn’t.
For the ending of “Wiwa Wa Woon (Chaotic Wedding)”, they did an homage to Hugh Grant and Julia Roberts’ romantic comedy “Notting Hill” from 1999.
The ending to “Notting Hill” the movie–he is reading a book, she has her head resting on his lap, they are holding hands blissfully on the bench in the park. Kids are running around, other people are enjoying the park as well. Most importantly, she is very pregnant.
The proposal and the kiss. Yes, that is a real kiss. It was a peck.
Ken is such a little ho, just yesterday he was kissing Ann.
I swear, Ken looks good with pregnant women — all of them. Make him look extra extra HOT!
Dang, I thought this drama just started not too long ago and it’s ending already? It looks really sweet. I need to watch this. I refuse to miss out on any Ken dramas. lol. ( :

I don’t think its so much an homage as its just typical thai lakorns copying Western films/shows etc. The concept of this whole lakorn itself was such a ripoff of “What Happens in Vegas.” The formulas for these lakorns are now just downright embarassing to watch, I can’t even any more.

on the first set of pictures..Chompoo looks very uncomfortable with her feet dangling off the bench like that especially when she’s supposebly pregnant..other than that, the ending was really cute.. xD
