Background information: his name is “Junior” Wat Watphon, he is heir to a communication company. She is Cris Horwang, Thai film actress. The couple made an appearance together to Prinya “Way” Intachai and Nana Rybena Tanwimol’s wedding this past Sunday. He was a groomsmen, she came as his date. Note, they are dating.
Now some of the comments left at Manager news website about this couple:
“In the end, she choose a rich guy.”
“Women, they like good guys, date bad boys, and marry rich men.”
“This is what I think…he’s not a ‘junior’ anymore, he’s a JUMBO…huh? huh?”–so rude
“A Pig and a Chicken…they are taking a picture together right there.”–Oh good grief, they are so rude
And this person went on and on about how girls want to marry rich guys because they want to live in comfort.

Those people who make those mean comments are really shallow.. Indeed I agree with leela, there’s such a thing as liking chubby guys… that’s called “chubs” and in Japan, there are chubs single bars where women who like these body-type and meet someone there! We shouldn’t be judgemental and jump to conclusions… we should look at his inner part too.. maybe he’s really beautiful inside!
Oh my gosh, “Women, they like good guys, date bad boys, and marry rich men.” It is true for some particular women, but for most of us…we totally have different views. LOL, it’s kinda true yet funny. && dang, she likes rich men. Which is kinda sad inna way…MONEY is her BESTFRIEND. That is so mean..I agree with you Kristeeh, I have a good friend that is pretty and she has a nice figure too, but she’s only into chubby guys like the guy above..she is a sweet girl and I know for a fact that she’s not in it for the money.
Ou from Buddha Bless and Cris broke up a while back and she said shes talking to someone right now, but don’t know if it’s this guy.

I think, he looks ok, if he wasn’t chubby or big then he looks like your average guy that any girl would want to date apart from the money. I think he just chubby and big so it make him look not good.

The comments are harsh jing jing. But it’s true that most of us wants security in life, especially financial security. Love doesn’t conquer all when you think about it realistically. This post reminds me of an old post i think it was either posted here or on dirtiilaundry asking different Thai celebrities if they would marry someone who’s goodlooking & rich but rude, goodlooking & nice but poor, or ugly & rich but nice? Many of them chose the ugly & rich but nice. Lol.
I see nothing wrong if she wanted to date him. Yes he is not your typical guy, but nothing wrong with him being him and he isn’t ugly looking either.
If people look pass the typical mindset of what a person should look like, they will see that he is not a bad looking person and they both sort of look alike and look good together. So if she date him, then is good for her. Not only she got a man, but a rich one at that. So don’t be shallow and jealous that you can’t get a rich man like her Thai Netizens.
