This is amusing, Kwan is caught smoking at her university and then threatened her friends not to tell the media. Kwan caught smoking is not amusing, how she answered the media was amusing.

She can never escape bad rumors, lately “Kwan” Usamanee Waitayanon is rumored to be a lion who blow smokes at her university and in addition to that, she has threaten her classmates if they tell, they are gonna get it. Once asked, Kwan quickly cleared it for us to listen to. “Me smoking a cigarette, that is just a rumor ka. It’s nothing much. News like this, I’m used to it. Whether I’m going up to a condo with a Sia (usually a name reference for rich old dude); everything has been said about me,” answered Kwan.
There is a rumor that you threatened your friends (classmates) that…if they told the media about your smoking, you would slap them. Reporters are too funny.
“I think you have been watching way too many lakorns. (Smiles) Thank you for watching my lakorns.” You know she said it sarcastically, Kwan is probably annoyed at this point.
Next question, do you think it was one of your friends who told the media?
“If people are really friends, if someone has done wrong. They wouldn’t do this. I believe my friends would not do this. Not just this issue, every issue na ka. I’m not a perfect person 100 % of the time, but I don’t have friends who are like this.”
Maybe someone at the university dislikes you.
“Different view, they have the right to say whatever they want, and I have the task of answering your questions.”

“News like this are light before I received worst. It has made me immune to it. However, I don’t want it like before, quiet like nowadays is better.”

@R.Tan Though smoking in university is illegal but it’s not all about that it’s about a cultural perception. Actually, in Thailand not many guys or girls smoke. Most of Thai smokers must have got some problems. Anyway, between guys and girls, more common guys smoke than common girls. I mean among male smokers, threre’re both the common ones and problem ones. But among female smokers, they’re only the problematic ones. It’s hightly that these smoking girls deal with drugs to. In Thailand, good girls don’t smoke. Kwan & Weir even have different image. Weir used to be a good student. He could get in the best university in the Northeast of Thailand. He’s got good family. In his working life, rare of bad side of him come out. He accepts too that he smokes.
Kwan is different. First, when the clip was out, she said that cigarette was powder. When it’s proved it’s real, she cried out said she donates blood,lol. And look at her behaviour. In her working life, she always fight with her colleagues in ch7. In her studying life, untill now she couldn’t finish her degree. I don’t mind about her crap personal life but what I don’t like about her is what she has done to her colleagues. Those who are her enemies would be eliminated and her fans are also too extreme. If someone becomes her opposite site or rival, the one would be attacked.

anyways some of ya are not comprehending. weir didnt deny that he smokes. old pictures proved that kwan smoke but she’s denied it and still is denying. i could careless that she smokes, it’s her choice, but denying it when there are photos is just lol making herself look like an idiot. like serious what is she holding in her hand. candy? yes i understand the picture is old but she didnt say she quit since she still denied it in the past. im not hating on kwan, i like her but im not blind.

She’s only human. I mean how can a person be 100% perfect. And the lakorns she stars in are pretty interesting and she is not that bad of an actress. I could name a few not so good actresses but I won’t because criticizing people for things I have never done is not very NICE nor reasonable. But I have to give her props for putting up with NOSY people and interrogating reporters 24/7.
@R.Tan, I think it might be because 1) she’s female, 2) has an “innocent image” (aside from her hideous outfits), considering she’s a childstar, and 3) because she denies it, they want to get to the bottom of it.
Is it illegal to smoke at the university or something? I think the media is sort of bias because doesn’t weir smoke too? He doesn’t get much crap as she does. Correct me if I am wrong please.
