Not a fan of Academy Fantasia (AF) or The Star or any type of reality tv/singing talent shows. I don’t know why, I have always hated them. If you asked me anything about American Idol, I would give you a dumbfounded/blank face look because I know diddly squat about AI. I remember Kelly Clarkson. The rest…who are they? The Star kids, I know a little about them because they are everywhere no matter how hard I try to avoid them. Academy Fantastia kids, they are avoidable. If this scandal didn’t break out about Mark Thaokhamlue, contestant V11 of AF season 7, I wouldn’t even know AF was on.
Before he became an AF contestant, Mark made several disparaging comments about the Prime Minister of Thailand Abhisit Vejjajiva and Zen: the Star season 6 on his Facebook account. Great! Another Facebook scandal. Mark did not approve of Khun Abhisit Vejjajiva handling of red shirt protesters and said Zen the Star looked like a gecko and had a physique of a dog and that he will be more famous than him.
Mark blamed the Bangkok fire incident a few weeks ago on the Prime Minister.
“You can resign now! Stupid Abhisit. If Abhisit resigned, it would have ended. Would the red shirts burn anything? Because of who did the red shirts set fire? Just asking. Mae…I can say this frankly seeing all those protesters, if it was me, I would have resigned a long time ago. But you, you didn’t resign. What now, it’s all burnt. What are you going to do about it? You can’t do anything. You won’t resign. Stupid face! Can’t resolve the problem, then resolve the parliament. Mae…you are probably scared to be unemployed more so. You’re not as rich as Thaksin (ousted Prime Minister of Thailand). You’re scared of dying. Scared to leave the country without money.”
Eee…people are not amuse with this comment and want Mark ousted from the AF house pronto. He is not though, AF producers are keeping him because these comments were made more before he became a contestant. He did not break the rules because AF has nothing to do with politics.
Now on to what he said about Zen the Star.
“Who are you? The Star 6?-Zen. Handsome, Cute, Korean Style. A person who is devoted to his family. Everyone screams and faints when he is up on stage.”
However….
“His face is like a gecko, his body is like a strayed dog. His mouth is like an African person. Just bragging, I will be more famous than you. Just you watch. Got nothing to do, just insulting someone for fun. 55555.”

I think this guy doesn’t hv wht it takes to be a celeb n he’d probably end up more in the news for saying the wrong/bad things abt other stars. Altho he made the comment before he was a contestant, I agree with Venne that he shldn’t have made such disparaging remarks abt the Zen guy. The language he used was really harsh.

He was jealous of Zen that’s why he was making such comment. Too bad Zen is so popular right now.
I wouldn’t be surprise if after AF7, he failed and go home and be a nobody. Zen had make a name for himself for just being who he is and he got GMM and Exact behind him. His future is bright considering that he is a member of the GMM and Exact family now for being the 8 finalist of the Star 6.
Give the boy a break? First of all, he knew he wanted to come into the business and he know he should be modest and humble. He’s not yet famous and he act like he’s all that.
I have to agree with him on Zen
I don’t care what he said about his view on politics but badmouthing and judging other without even knowing them was very rude and childish. Look himself in the mirror first before he start dissing about other peoples’ look: “looked like a gecko and had a physique of a dog” – Yeah, he was talking about him!. Maybe he was talking about himself :He was not even good looking and his English singing was crap!
I wonder how Zen’s fanclub would react to this. Zen the star 6 is quiet popular at the moment. I watched The Star6 and I think Zen had worked very hard and he was a wonderful son to his family. I like the guy!
Even though Mark’s comment was made before he joined AF, it still doesn’t excuse himself from being such a dich-head and a disrespectful person. I hate people who judge other badly without even knowing them.

Poor abhisit… he’s trying his best and here you have Mark writing all these cruel things… I know in Thailand, money does count… but who can be richer than Thaksin?
Everyone has the right to express their opinions, but when you talk crap about and disrespect other people, what goes around comes around. I think the political situation in Thailand is highly emotional and a lot of people are going say a lot of irrational or emotionally charged things on all sides of the matter. Still, you shouldn’t try to defame or tear down others just to make yourself feel better.
I already hate him so much now! This morning, I looked at the 12 contestants on tv and actually told myself.. Ee… how did he get in/ and look at him now!!! Even before he won anything he’s badmouthing people!!! That’s really ugly… imagine if he makes it? (but I believe now he won’t as he has crashed his career). Anyway some of you may say give him a chance, he said it before he joined Af etc etc… but look, if he’s like this, he will be like this forever as it’s his basic character and a leopard will never change it’s spots!!! I admit, I do believe AF winners are more talented than The Star winners. I actually don’t get how the The Star works. Even if they are not first, they still get a contract deal. And then what’s the point of the show in the first place? I’m not saying all, but from previous winners, it does say so.
^P, i agree with you .. before a star is born, it needs to rely on its fans and for that, he sure seems like he’s going to loose before he even debut as a singer. He needs some etiquette touchup on the ENTERTAIN industry and for that, he needs to learn to behave better than this — learn the lesson about the past like he complain of others. He just killed his career.
AF might not kick him out of the house but soon the fans would not vote for him and he would have to leave anyways. running on a bad mouth would not make you famous. sorry dude
