Om Akapan and Min Pechaya’s “Stairs to Love”

From the writer that gave us Silamanee to the production company that gave us “Ruk Nai Marn Mek ( A Cloud of Romance)” comes “Bandai Dok Ruk (Stairs to love)”, a twin romantic comedy starring Om Akapan, ‘Min’ Pechaya Wattanamontree, and Sammie Pantitha Puwijaan. Om is the twin, playing two characters Thup and Tian. Love the name play, Thup means incense and Tian means candle. One is a playboy, the other is a serious business man. Min is Kachao, a girl who is conceited, knows she is pretty, and finds nothing wrong with using her body to find a rich husband. Okay. No, I don’t know when it will air, probably soon since the teaser has been released.

Ch7′s “The Super Human” looks ridiculous

The teaser for “Neua Manut (Beyond Human or The Super Human)” does look all sorts of retarded. It’s Twilight meets Vampire Sucks meet meets Superpower X-men, it’s just ridiculous. Still, there is a part of me that might watch it because I like the pairing of AF5′s Natthew Thewpahingarm with ‘Tubtim’ Aunyarin Theerathananphat. However, I do mind his haircut. A LOT! He reminds me of a cartoon character, a supervillian of sort.  It gives off this ‘you look mentally retarded, please go get a haircut now’ vibe. It ain’t looking pretty in my eyes.

I might watch it for the pairing but I definitely might not watch it for these reasons:a radiation chamber that gives people superpower, confusing vampire figures, out of the blue zombie figure, nang’ek has superpowers, but wears a buddha necklace to keep it controlled. WTF. The second pra’ek played by Natthew is raised by a crazed, greedy doctor/scientist guy who makes him do behind the scenes ‘dirty’ work–like luring girls to the doctor for blood sucking purposes. Double WTF.

“Neua Manut (Beyond Human or The Super Human)” premiers this coming Saturday, January 8th 2011.
