They are loyal and true, but their significant others have not been. This week, finally, they learned the truth.
Monday’s episode of “Mon Ruk Mae Nam Moon”, supporting pra’ek who will never get the girl Sudkhet played by “Porsche” Saran Siriluksana learned that the man he thought was dead is still alive. Sudkhet is a lovable spoiled little brat Thai Pop Star, his character is definitely modeled after Bie Sukrit, not the spoiled little brat part but the cheesy dance moves and catchy pop tunes that is associated with Bie Sukrit. The way he dresses too, it’s obvious.
Sudkhet is in love with Deun played by Jui Warattaya, she is his personal assistant and the daughter of his mother’s best friend from the country. By an angry force kiss by Sudkhet to Deun, they were caught in a scandal by the Thai paparazzi and their kiss was printed across every Thai tabloid news magazine. To save face and Deun’s reputation, their elders decided to have them get engage–a real engagement not a farce one. It was win-win situation for everyone, except Deun. She is in love with another guy, her boyfriend Pin played by “Weir” Sukollawat Kanaros from back home. Deun’s parents disapproved of Pin because he is a poor school teacher from the country.
When Pin met Sudkhet for the first time, he hid his identity and even lied to Sudkhet that he was not Deun’s Pin. He was just a guy who shared the same name as Pin and that Duen’s boyfriend Pin died in a bombing fire. He also encouraged Deun to forget about him. Yea, he said that. Pin did it for her parents, he didn’t want to break up her family because of their relationship. Even though he is an awesome guy, he can’t give Duen the life that her parents want.
So all this time, Sudkhet thought that ‘Pin’ was not the real Pin, the man that Deun loved and his competition. He even sought advice from Pin about Duen, putting Pin in very uncomfortable position.
That is the back story, now lets get to the juice of this lakorn. Monday’s episode, EPISODE 8 , Sudkhet received a shocker. Pin is not dead and Deun still wants to be with Pin. Oh the lies. He saw this:

Pin and Deun hugging and crying. If he heard their conversation beforehand, Sudkhet would have erupted with anger right there and then. He can only assume right now.
Pin and Deun have been looking for their friend who has been kidnapped by sex slave traffickers, they have lost her and Pin doesn’t see the point of staying in Bangkok any longer. She could be anywhere, he argued. He tells Deun he going back home. She wants to go with him.
Deun: “I want to go back home with you.”
Pin: “Deun! You want to leave everything you have here and go back with me to the country? Have you thought this through?”
Deun: “I’m following my heart, you have to trust your heart, isn’t that right Ai’ Pin? You have to tell me a little, what does your heart tell you?”
Pin: “I don’t have a heart anymore, Deun. My heart is dead.”
Deun: “It’s dead?”
Pin: “The heart that beats is only for my body and for me to breath. My heart has no feelings since the day you left me.”–So dramatic! The next time you eat your red ant soup near the river, I’m gonna push you in there. Seriously.
She grabs hold of his hands, Deun: “Ai’Pin, I can’t be apart from you. Please don’t make me lie to myself. I still love you. I have always love you, even more every day. Please.”
She hugs him. Have you notice, if you have been following up on this lakorn, she always initiate the hug. As they separated, we see Sudkhet from a distance in shock. Sudkhet asked himself if that is really Pin, Deun’s ex-boyfriend—Sorry guy, it is. He eventually learned the truth by eavesdropping on Deun and Kane’s conversation.
Aw, he wept when he learned the truth that she lied to him for a year.
In Tuesday’s episode, Sudkhet confronted them. It was bad, Sudkhet was bad. In his rage and resentment, he told Deun, she was a person of no value. Ouch. Bad Sudkhet, bad! He truly loves her, but the betrayal was too much for him.
Sudkhet invited Deun and Pin to his house and confronted them. “I haven’t seen you for a long time, Teacher Pin. Treat this house as your own.” Insert malicious smile now.
Sudkhet: “When Deun told me she met up with her old friend from the country, I didn’t think it was you. I’m happy to see you again.”–Ouch. Before this, Deun lied to Sudkhet that she met up with a girlfriend from the country when he asked where she went.
Sensing the tension, Pin excused himself to leave. “I think I should go, so that you two can reach a understanding.”
Sudkhet stopped him, “please stay, the welcoming party hasn’t even started yet.” Yea, tension much.
Sudkhet: “Pin, you are an important person, you have to stay until the end of the party. Lets play a game of 20 questions. You just have to answer False or True. The first question is…Pin, do you come from the same town as Deun?”
Pin tried to stop the tension and leave. “I’m sorry, I don’t like games.”
Deun also urged Sudkhet to stop. “This is going to far.”
He told her to hush up. “Deun, Men are talking.”
Sudkhet: “Then I will answer for you. It’s True. Pin is very close to Deun? The answer is”True”. Is Pin, Deun’s ex-boyfriend?”
Deun and Pin looked at each other and Sudkhet shouted at them to answer his question.
“This question you have to answer me. Answer me right now. I want to hear it from both of you.”
Pin answered true. “I am Deun’s ex-boyfriend. A year ago, I lied to you that Deun’s boyfriend died. Khun Sudkhet, I’m was defeated by your kindness. I want you to spend your life with Deun, you are a good person. You are more suitable for Deun than I am. Deun will be able to forget me soon.”
Sudkhet: “But she can’t forget you. The secret of my fiancee is cheating on me with another guy.”
Deun: “You saw? But why didn’t you….”
Sudkhet: “I wanted you to tell me first. But you kept lying repeatedly.”
Deun apologized to him. “I’m sorry.”
Pin: “I don’t want you to talk like that to Deun. It is not her fault but my own. I started this. For that reason, I will end this myself. From this day forward, I will leave Deun and use my promise as a man that the last time she sees me again is at my funeral.”
Deun: “NO! I refuse. Khun Sudkhet ka, you know about Ai’Pin now, I want to talk to you in private.”
Their discussion in private:
Sudkhet: “Before you say anything, I want to ask you something first. Have you ever loved me? Please don’t lie to me anymore.”
She struggles for an answer because she doesn’t love him I guess. “You are very good to me.”
Sudkhet: “You don’t answer the question directly.”
Deun shakes her head a little. “My feelings for you is difficult to decipher, maybe it’s love, maybe it’s a bond, maybe a good impression of your kindness towards me. Maybe you can call it love. I don’t know.”
Sudkhet: “Love? A simple thing, but you can’t even tell me you love me. You know why because you have never loved me. You have never loved me.”
Deun agrees. “That might be true. In that case, can you let me go? Let me go on my own path. We can still be friends.”
Ah, this scene was intense.
Sudkhet: “FRIEND? Are you sure I want to be friends with a crazy woman like you.” La, bad.
She walks out of the room, he follows her out. As they walk out, Pin confronts Sudkhet. Ann, his MV nang’ek is here and claims to be Sudkhet’s girlfriend. Pin is outraged.”You have deceived Deun, you have someone else already.”
Sudkhet doesn’t deny it and insults Deun, “do you want me to eat someone with the scent of fermented fish, I want to vomit.”
He continues to insult Deun, calling her an easy woman and a person with no value. Pin told him to stop.
“What do you think of your girlfriend? What importance does she have? Why can’t I insult her? I want to tell you something, without me, this woman is nothing like a dust floating in the air. If it doesn’t enter your eyes, no one would care about it.” —that was mean.
Deun: “Khun Sudkhet, how can you say that about me?”
Sudkhet’s answer: “Go back to being meaningless and don’t blow into my eyes again. I don’t want to waste my time wiping it out. ”
Pin can’t take it anymore and punched Sudkhet in the face. Knock down.

With Khun Dee played by “Donut” Manusnun Punlertwongsakul in “Dok Som See Thong” episode 14, she found out her husband of 10 years has been living a double life. He has been cheating on her with Reya (“Chompoo” Araya Hagate), the repeated home-wrecker. All this time, she thought she had a good marriage with a man who loved her. They were great together, then she gets a phone call from his mistress Reya which changed everything. When she confronted him, he doesn’t deny it.
The call from Reya:
Reya: “Today, Khun Poo Ying picked up the call herself?”
Khun Dee: “You were the person who called before?”
Reya being very rude: “Do you want it to be or don’t you? Can I speak with Kong Kiat?”
Khun Dee: “He is not home. If you know his hours, then call him when he is here.”
Reya: “I most definitely know his hours. Don’t speak sarcastically with me.”
Khun Dee: “I will not speak sarcastically with you if you would speak with me with manners.”
Reya:”Oy! Miss Aristocrat, why must I speak with you with manners? When you have no respect for me.”
Khun Dee:”How so?”
Reya:”You have no respect for me when you don’t allow me to speak to Khun Kong Kiat. Don’t you know I have something important to talk to him about. When you hinder me like this, how is it respectful?”
Khun Dee:”Your important issue can you leave that message with me?”
Reya:”NO, it’s a private matter.”
Khun Dee: “In that case, you can come here. Wait for him at the house, he will be returning soon anyways.”
Reya:”You are trying to lure me to the house to yell at me, I caught on already.”
Khun Dee:”Then you tell me when you are coming, I will go somewhere else. You can come here with ease.”
Reya: “Hey you, do you think I’m stupid, you trying to lure me out with this conversation. I know too well, you are dying to know who I am and what appointment I have with your husband. Just be patient. You will know soon. I will tell you soon. Until then, you die.”–why does she have to be such a ‘b’. ER!
After discussing it with her best friend, she decides to be upfront with her husband and ask him directly about Reya. The results were not what she expected, he was truthful, but he was cheating on her. Yah.
As they were heading off to bed, Khun Dee went up to her husband and directly asked him if he knew a woman by the name of “Reya”.
He never answered her, but his expression said it all. Realizing the truth, she runs out of their bedroom and he runs after her. He grabs hold of her in his arms and begged her to stay. “Please don’t leave this house.”
She struggled in his arms and even screamed. Again, he pleaded with her. “Please don’t leave, I’ll leave.”
She asked him let her go and he does. He will leave, not their marriage, but to give her space. If she was the one to leave, she would leave forever, their home, their marriage. He doesn’t want that.

Lyn, can you help me?! Do you know who Aun Withaya’s girlfriend is? Or could you find out for me? He is so cute and seems like such a nice guy. From watching all his interviews, he seems very down to earth and…..I’ve fallen in love with him!
I haven’t followed any of these lakorns. Jui and Weir’s lakorn looks boring. I do like some of the songs though but WOW at DSST! I haven’t seen one episode but after reading this, it’s already pissing me off. So stressful! I feel so bad for Donut’s character. If I was in her shoes, OMG! Wouldn’t know what to do. So sad. I don’t know if I want him to lie to me or be truthful. Both hurts! EEEK!
I love Porshe! He’s so cute and dreamy <3. His character Sudkhet is mean on the outside, but he's really a nice guy. I love Mon Ruk Mae Nam Moon. It's sad, lots of drama, touching and meaningful.
I heard that Sudkhet and Deuan will actually end up together in the end because Pin is either going to die, or since her mother is dying of cancer she wanted to make her happy by marrying the man she wanted her to marry. I still root for Jui and Porsche either way though.. LOL.
raeya is a ‘b’..chompoo is really good in acting,salute..i thought she’s the ‘key’ of this drama, without her,it won’t be dramatically..i hope there’s no another raeya in the real life..just my wish..
i haven’t watched jui and weir drama, buti like them..
wow…i love aun and donut part…aun beg her…ahaha….lol..thats so cute and sweet plus sad..loll…thanks for translating…and for porshe and jui, uhg..he’s too mean…
Khune Yai “Kong Kiat” characters is what you called honest man, who don’t want to cheating on his wife, but has no choice. I thinks Raya is to blam for it, if she did not try to trap him by letting herself got pregnant in the first place. Kong Kiat is to naive and direct to realize what is happening. Now he must suffer for consequences.
Suck to be Khune Yai!
I did not followed Weir and Yui lakorn, but I did follow Dok Som See Thong. It is very intense when Khune Dee found out that her husband is cheating on her. Pretty sad, indeed! That is going to be slapping in the face for khune Dee, whose has always respect her husband privacy, BAM…..
