Oh, Marsha, Marsha….this looks bad, I’m not judging you, you got played and now we see these scandalous leaked pictures of you allegedly kissing Cyril Rouhani, your French music producer with a bad reputation–to whom you are currently having legal problems with, regarding the copyrights to the song “I’m Black ” which is apparently similar to your song “I’m Back”. Didn’t he claim he was from Sony Europe, but they don’t know who he is and didn’t he send someone to sue her on behalf of Sony Europe, but Sony Thailand knows nothing about it. A Sony Thailand representative did say that if one branch of the company decides to sue anyone or any entity, the whole company is made aware of it. It is just company policy.

At Sanook, people are arguing if it is really Marsha. The conclusion, most likely it is her. At Kapook, the conversation is more fun as one person wrote in defense of Marsha: “33, if you slept with your partner, this is how it is. Now if you call this ‘dirty’, anyone who has done anything with their gf or bf and your parents did this dirty thing until you were born. Marsha was single, she can date whoever she wants.”
Many defended Marsha at Kapook, she is an adult they argued. “It’s her business. For those who like to meddle in other people’s affairs, make sure you get through your life first before you criticize others. She was single and she is an adult.”
Update: Since I am not in the mood for a legal mess acute or large or maybe it doesn’t pertain to me, I have decided to take down those leaked pictures of Marsha kissing Cyril Rouhani and smoking while wearing just a towel . My source came from Rakdara.net. I have replaced them with pictures of Marsha while on the set of her lakorn “Likit Sanaeha” the day after those pictures were leaked. Marsha is not crying because of the scandal, it was a crying scene.

I am one of the many who got conned by Cyril Rouhani – I can say, without knowing Marsha at all but knowing what Cyril Rouhani is capable of, Marsha did not stand a chance. Marsha seems to be the exact con victim that Cyril looks for. I know Cyril and he is a masterful con man who has stolen and taken advantage of people in many different countries around the world. When things get difficult he flees and finds new hunting territory. He is one of the most successful, convincing and gregarious con men you will even meet and is capable of winding the most complex and believable ploys to extract your money.
I have been following Cyril’s exploits since he stole money from me back in 2008 and have come to discover that there are 100′s of victims and people that have from thousands to hundreds of thousands of usd stolen. There are unconfirmed estimates that he has stolen collectively more than 1.5 million usd.
The reason Cyril is so successful and hasn’t got caught yet is because he goes after a certain type of affluent person who he counts on disappearing after the con out of pure embarrassment fear and shame. I know people that he stole over 200k usd from that do not want to continue to pursue the matter because he retaliated with death and other retaliatory threats. Most of his con victims have more to lose than him and he takes full advantage of this.
My point being that Marsha was set up way before he prob even met her and she clearly didn’t see anything coming. I believe that Marsha was trying to exploit what appeared to be a great opportunity that Cyril crafted way in advance. He prayed on her desires to excel in the music industry and she ended up tangled in the web. The true villain here is Cyril not Marsha… as a fellow victim of Cyril I feel sorry for Marsha and hope she can get over the calamity he has caused. Fate and karma will eventually catch up to Mr. Rouhani, and I hope to one day read about that karma – sooner than later.

Yes, as victim of a con myself I understood exactly what you have said. Most people will blame on the victim for being stupid…. instead of sympathy and help. The Con-men have skill and ways to exploit their victim step by step until they succeed. Poor Marsha is not just victim of con, also victim becomes of her own compatriot Thais.

What i think is different to your perspectives. We cant blame these Marsha for having sl*tty genes. Personally i think how she behaves right now, is reflected upon her personal upbringing experiences. I dont know what her previous experiences were like, her experiences were maybe from the atmosphere she grew up or how she was raised by her family, or how she socialised with friends.
We are not perfect in anyway, but we can learn how to avoid this kind of stuff. If this is her, this is how she is. A lot of non celebrities are mostly a lot like her. We are not to judge other people, race or discriminate any persons, if we were to judge we keep it to ourselves. No hard feelings.
