My bf literally jumped for joy because he was predicting all the penalty kicks. Almost hit me too. lol But that was an intense sweat-wrecking game. I am so happy for them, they deserved it. Do not underestimate short…asian women. lol

I’m so happy Japan won. Both teams play their best. I was scare when they went into penalty kicks out. I though for a second there USA was going to win when it come to penalty kicks. Since they beat Brazil on penalty kicks in the quarterfinal.
i wanted USA to win. they had so many chances to close out the game, but they just couldn’t. for me, if the US couldn’t win it, then i’m glad it was japan that won it.
OMG Lyn, the game was just scary. When USA made the first goal, I was moping. And bam Japan scored, I was so happy. Crap USA scored again. I was so scared for Japan and then a miracle happened, Japan made a goal!!! PK was quite nerve wrecking. I was literally in tears when they won. I was cheering for both teams but I really really wanted Japan to win and they did. I swear my heart was racing the entire time.
My feelings exactly. My heart sank when USA scored the first goal. Then Miyama tapped in that lucky goal, I yelped with excitement. It was an intense game near the end. The first half USA dominated, the way they played, I was sure they would win.
The penalty kicks were intense, USA #7 really sucked. I laughed when she missed.

5’4 and 5’6 average, not a major big difference. You should have watched the Sweden vs Japan and Germany vs Japan game.
i think the best game out of the tournament was Brazil v USA. that was epic! japan was meant to win it. they bested the favorites: Germany and USA.
lol I was referring to the height differences. That was a good game though, if I was number 13 (I think no.13 is correct?), I would have crawled into a hole lol. I was cheering for both teams.
