Together for TV scene productions for Ch3, it’s their first pairing and a first for Pirat “Mike” Nitipaisalkul as a leading man. I do look forward to it because of the new pairing between ’Margie’ Rasri Balenciaga and Mike, then you hear the production company attach to the project and the plotline, it tumbles down into the iffy department. I am not a fan of TV scene produced lakorns, I find many of them slow and dull.
The title for the lakorn is ‘Raak Boon (Virtuous Source)’, Mike is playing the silent type pra’ek from aboard. He knows what is up but doesn’t say much. He knows his aunt is stealing from the company and all their behind the scenes issue but doesn’t say anything. He is described as a mysterious/ secretive character. Margie, his nang’ek is a girl with a sixth sense who came to work at his company. Again? Yea, again. Kik Danai is the ghost in the series.
Praying to the lakorn gods during the prayer/opening ceremony on March 30, 2012, filming will start next week? Soon.

I spy sour mangoes, hmmm

A horror film from Mthirtynine productions, the English title is ‘I miss you’, the Thai title is ‘Taa Ruk Chan, Ya Kit Teung Chan (If you love me, don’t miss me)’. From what I got from the teaser, if you miss someone badly enough who has passed away, they will return. ‘Tik’ Jesadaporn Pholdee’s co-stars for the film are Ja Natthaweeranuch and ’Saipan’ Apinya Sakuljaroensuk. The director is Monthon Arayangkul and the song playing in the teaser is titled ”Ruk Ter Tang Mot Kong Hua Jai (I love you with all my heart)’ song by Joe Amarin Luangboriboon.
Tik:’My love, when I think of you, do you think of me? When I think of your smile, will you smile back at me? When I think about when we were together, are you still standing beside me? There are many things I have not told you, there are many things I have not done for you, before I knew you were leaving me–departed forever to not return. ‘

Damn chica, upside down on double sided exercise bars. Looks fun, I wanna try. Janie is doing pilates to stay young and firm. Some pictures from her workout, they are quite impression.
When Janie turned 26, she started to be concern about her body like most women, but it wasn’t a big concern. But when she turned 30, her lifestyle succumbed to age–from being hyper and active to wanting to rest and sleep. Five hours a night was no longer enough, her weight started going up. Whatever she ate, it made her gain weight. She looked for ways to lose weight and even tried taking diet pills. They worked but they had side effects. After you stop taking them, you gain the weight back, you no longer have anything suppressing your hunger. Everything you saw in front of you, you wanted to eat. Janie had to try something new like running but she couldn’t commit because of her irregular lakorn filming schedule.
She heard about pilates from friends for awhile, she was told it would improve your body shape. The first day, she hated the trainer and debated whether she wanted to go back. She did and within a month, she saw results.

Janie doesn’t want to be skinny, she wants to firm her body and gain some muscles.

For her upcoming lakorn ‘Raeng Ngao (Strong Shadow)’, her pra’ek Ken Phupoom is 10 years her junior. She told Kalamare she had to fight, I guess to look young and decent compared to her younger co-star. Janie is 31.

I can’t believe it, she is really getting married, according to her boyfriend/fiance Songkran Techanarong they are 60% done with the wedding preparation and rumor has it, it is gonna be huge–like my big fat elephant wedding type of huge. Currently her boyfriend’s Bonanza resort has been closed down and under construction for the wedding. Aff told reporters it’s not true. The Bonanza resort is still open for guests.
‘They say Bonanza has been closed in preparation for the event, that is not true at all. They are still open for guests like normal. The hotel is still filled with guests. There are some areas that have been adjusted to make it look neat. I am a little excited. If nothing goes wrong, we will make it (be ready for the wedding). As for the wedding dresses, they have been completely designed, but not done yet. There won’t be a lot, just 3 dresses. About the dresses, they are not imported from aboard or anything like that. I am using a Thai designer.’
Aff said they are not inviting a lot of people, just close friends and family because her wedding is in the provinces and her engagement ceremony will be very early in the morning. They have a auspicious time when they have to do it and it’s early. She doesn’t want to burden people by travel and time. Hopefully, I translated that right. Her engagement ceremony will be very Thai.
Her wedding invitations must be done by this week–Aff is working on her wedding preparation according sequence of importance. Aff said Songkran is more excited about the wedding than she is, she is too busy working and preparing for the wedding to feel excited as him.
The couple has been arguing about wedding plans. He is not involved as she would like him to be but when he does get involve, she jokes doesn’t like his ideas.
‘As for arguing, we are a little because we have different ideas for the wedding. It’s all me [working on it]. For men, it’s like do whatever, whatever you like. But I feel as though, why aren’t you helping? Don’t you want to be involve in this? But when he expresses his idea, it’s another story (laughs), his answers are not to my liking. But in the end, he naturally has to give in. The people from his side are helping a lot with coordination for the event, there is many people helping. After we get marry, we will be living at his house in Bangkok because the construction on our house is not done yet.’
Aff said Songkran wants kids pronto. Like Today.
‘As for kids, he has been wanting them for a long time now. He has been ready for a long time. As for me, if I have kids, I still want to work. If we do have kids, I have to set up a new future. Deep down, I want to wait, spend time together alone have kids but Kran, he is quick-tempered (laughs), but I think at this age, I should be having kids. All my friends have kids. As for working in the industry, he said it’s up to me if I want to or not.’

Please do. Give him lessons Janie, that boy needs it.
Top Ch3 actress Janie denies being insistent with co-star Ken Phupoom about his acting for Raeng Ngao (Strong Shadow), a remake of Anne Thongprasom and Ken Theeradeth’s twin lakorn. Janie doesn’t believe she has enough expertise with acting to give Ken Phupoom advice.
Ever since coming back from vacation from L.A with her boyfriend, Janie has been busy filming the lakorn ‘Raeng Ngao (Strong Shadow)’ with Ken for Ch3.
Janie:’I have started to film scenes with Nong Ken Phupoom. He is improving according to the steps. You have to give him a chance. My first lakorn, I was very stiff too but I am going to focus on my role because it somewhat difficult. He has not asked me for any advice, so I don’t dare give any because I am not even that talented. I don’t dare give him many suggestions. I don’t dare to be insistent. It’s better if I am insistent on myself.’

Though their daughter is not born yet, Art is already showing off his protective side for his daughter when it comes to boys. A friend of theirs has a little boy and he joked he is going to send his son to court Aom and Art’s daughter; in response, Art said let him come, I’ll give them all heartaches.
Weird. I have never heard of this. According to an old belief, if you are pregnant and don’t want to suffer from morning sickness or pregnancy symptoms, you have to cross over your husband’s body while he is sleeping. Aom said her husband knew about it, he told her if she wanted to cross over, she should just do it. Apparently it works. She barely suffered from morning sickness.

That’s a big step, a big role to fill, it’s definitely ain’t cute or teeny bopper-ish–it’s based off a Thai erotic novel by Utsana Phleungtham– ‘The Story of Jan Dara’ and our Mr. Mario Maurer will take on the lead role of ’Jan Dara’ for the 2012 film adaptation, directed by ML Bhandevanob ‘Mom Noi’ Devakula (Chua Fah Din Salai, Eternity) and produced by Sahamongkol Films.
For the film, Mario Maurer will take on the role of Jan Dara from age 17 and up to his 90s.
According to Mario, this version will be different from the lustful 2001 version directed by Nonzee Nimibutr. After that film, I could not look at ‘Num’ Santisuk Promsiri the same way, his portrayal of Khun Luang disturbed me in so many levels–raping your daughter, mentally and physically your stepson Jan Dara, having multiples affairs with your maids–not my cup of tea. It’s just AWESOMELY weird watching veteran actor ‘Num’ Santisuk Promsiri in a good guy role in lakorns or taking on father roles. It just ain’t right after that film.
Mario’s thoughts on this version:
‘When I had learned that Mom was doing this story, I was confident that he had a different viewpoint he wanted to present. It will be a challenging role for me. I didn’t think too hard on it. When Mom offered me the role, I immediately took it. From the previous version, it will have a different direction. The ‘Jan Dara’ story will be a human story with a good and a bad side, there will be many emotions I have to show. I will be the focal person [for this film], playing him as a young man to an old man. My character will experience many different things over the years. His viewpoint and rationality will change as the years progress. I have never thought at my age I would get the opportunity to play a character who will challenge my acting abilities to this extent and it is very difficult to get this opportunity to do so. This has made me train harder and go to classes with Mom (his acting coach) more extensively.’

Everyone is getting married this year, from minor actors to big time stars, Everyone. Because it is the year of the RABBIT? Someone told me that. Former nang’ek ‘Nan’ Chalita Fuengarom is one of those individuals, she was officially engaged this morning to her boyfriend ‘Men’ Thonwat Dutsadiwichai. The couple will have their wedding ceremony at the Madarian Oriental hotel in Bangkok on March 25.
Take note of who is at the engagement ceremony–’Joy’ Rinlanee Sripen–possibly Nan’s future sister-in-law. Joy is rumored to be dating Nan’s actor brother ‘Nott’ Vorarit Fuengarom. Their father is veteran actor Toom-Chalit Fuengarom and their cousin is May Fuengarom.
