The concept for Ch7′s 2011calendar is preserving the essence of being Thai. In a span of 2 days, Ch7 dressed more than 90 of their actors and actresses in traditional Thai wear from various eras to represent their patriotic concept for their 2011 calendar.
Jakajaan and Min
I just have to laugh at this, not only is Min Pechaya an up and coming actress, apparently she is popular with the boys too. The rumor is there are 4 very popular male celebrities currently pursuing her out on dates. Om Akapan is one of them and the others are Aof Chanapol, “Uan” Rangsit Sirananon, and singer “Ruj” Suparuj Taychathanon. At an event, Om denied he was competing with them for Min.
“Me pursuing Min, there is nothing to it. Why would I compete with Uan to pursue Nong Min? When you told me that Aof Chanapol learned that I was pursuing Min, he went and waited for at her lakorn set, that is not true at all. I have never talked to her personally, before I had her BB pin, now I don’t have that anymore. I don’t use it at all. I don’t know who I would talk to. After work, I have to sit down and talk to someone, working is better.
It has nothing to do with Min talking to Aof and Ruj, so I stopped pursuing her. I don’t even know who is talking to who, I’m not even interested in that, but it doesn’t mean I have someone already. I’m not seeing anyone. The thing with her saying that she is open with me pursuing her, I feel great about that. But I haven’t pursued her yet. The first time I approached her, I went to ask for her BB pin, I haven’t even talked to her directly yet.
Right now, I’m single. I don’t have a girlfriend outside of the entertainment industry. At this moment, I have been getting a lot of scandalous news, my elders (his bosses) have given me a warning. I should be more cautious. Don’t go do things that are overly unmannerly. The news about me have been serious, but I’m still behaving myself as before. When I have free time, I want to go out and have fun with my friends. I go normally and not less or greater than before.”
He is saying all of this because there is a rumor that he got into a bar fight to defend a girl, a former celebrity, “Balloon” Pinsuda Tunpairo. He denies it.
Thai men over the age of 21, who have not gone through the reserve training are subject to random drafts. Aof Chanapol was up for the draft last year but was exempt for medical reasons. He had a lung issue, which went under the Section 3 category for exemption. His lungs collapsed when filming the lakorn “Gentleman Satan” with Pinky Savika, if you can remember that. Remember the ending, no typical hug or forehead kiss, it was Aof Chanapol lying on a hospital bed, looking sick as ever, pale, and unable to talk. He moaned here and there and Pinky had all the dialogue.
This year, Aof Chanapol went back to his home province of Songkhla for the annual military draft and took along a medical excuse for lung disease issued by the Bangkok Hospital. The military exempted him from the draft this year, next year, they want him back. For the following year, they want him to be examined by a doctor from a state hospital.
Man, that is a really craptastic picture of him, it was taken earlier today. I can tell the weather from his forehead sweat–humid and extremely hot.
Seven young stars: Kao Jirayu, Aof Chanapol, Ying Ploypapat, Kwan Usamanee, Rotmay Kaneungnij, Namcha Sheranut, and Grand Phanwarot appeared on the “Wan Waan Yang Waan Yoo (Everyday you’re still sweet)” variety show hosted by Aom and Pa for their 6th anniversary episode airing today. They sang, they danced, they looked at childhood pictures of themselves, they had cake, it looks as though they had a good time. I might watch it, though rarely do I watch Thai variety shows.
Haha Aof, Kao is gonna be taller than you pretty soon.
Ken got two awards Best Actor in Film and Lakorn, it was a big year for him. His wifey must be proud.

Kwan is the reincarnation of Jakajan
Aof Chanapol and Jakajan Akumsiri will continue to remain on air with their new lakorn, “Roi Ruk Roi Baap (Trace of Love, Trace of Vengeance)” after the conclusion of their horror/comedy lakorn, “Ruk Tae Gae Dai (True love can fix it)” for the weekend time slot. Instead of taking on a supporting role, Aof Chanapol will lead “Trace of Love, Trace of Vengeance” with ‘Kwan’ Usamanee Waitayanon.
“Trace of Love, Trace of Vengeance” is a reincarnation, grudge from the past life lakorn– the sins of the parents seeping down to their children’s era. The source of the sins derive from two people: Phya Visut (“Aum” Amrin Nitipon) and his wife Khun Ying Raya (“Jiab” Sopitnapa Chumpanee), two high ranking individuals who own several acres of land and slaves in early 20th century Thailand.
