They have been blessed by the Queen of Thailand today and have gotten their marriage license, our sweetie pie nang’ek is now a married woman. Aom finds it amusing how she will be now using the honorific Mrs. in front her name. She laughed when she told the press.
Aom and Art were blessed by the Queen along with 5 other couples at her palace in Hua Hin, Thailand. After the blessing, they held a press conference at the The Lapa Hua Hin hotel.
It was a memorable and joyous occasion for both Art and Aom.
Aom:”Today, I felt very excited. I have been excited for a couple of days now because I have been granted the opportunity to have an audience with the Queen. My excitement was leaning towards fear, I feared I would make a mistake. When she was saying her blessings, my eyes were filled with tears.”
Art:”I also felt excited and felt it is greatest thing for the both of us to have been blessed by the Queen. She advise us to be stable in our love and use this stability to care for one another.”
Art joked that everyone is telling him to take good care of Aom but what about him.
“I was given an order from my father-in-law, within these 2 months, when we argue, he must not get an complaint from his daughter and I can’t strike her, or make her cry. I would never do that. I was even asked to promise to take good care of her. Whatever will happen, that would never happen. Why aren’t people telling Aom to never make me cry, why don’t they bless us that way? I feel a little sensitive about this.” Art joked.
Art relayed a meaningful advise from his father-in-law at the press conference. Don’t have any high hopes you will get anything from life or marriage, it’s more about the effort you put in it.
In this relationship, Aom will not be the homemaker, it’s Art who will do all the cooking because Miss Aom is incompetent in the kitchen.
“About being a homemaker, I’m not concern at all because P’Art can do everything. He is excellent cook ,it’s very delicious because he went to study aboard and is use to cooking for himself. As for myself, I don’t have to do anything other than doing the dishes. That I can do.”
Like a good man, Art came out and defended his wife’s cooking. “I have tasted her cooking before, it tasted good.”—Art is cute.
For the honeymoon, they will stay in Thailand. The couple has no plans of having children as of yet, they more concern about work. As for their wedding reception being held in this October, still unsure. No date has been set and the invitations have not been printed out. It’s in October on a Saturday, but which Saturdays, they are still unsure.
