Great is avoiding the sun

Because he is stupid. Ugh!

What is up with Asian people in general with light skin? Being light represents purity, honesty and is aesthetically preferable. I personally prefer my men well-tanned, glowing and dark. I’m not a fan of light skin, I’m not saying there is anything wrong with having light complexion, but forcing yourself to be light by avoiding the sun or thinking about getting whitening injections, clearly that is not healthy. Come on people, embrace your skin complexion whatever shade it may be.

Ch3′s Great Warintorn is one of those dark skinned actors who is trying to be lighter. In the past, Great even thought of getting whitening injections. Smartly, after researching, he opted not to because of the side effects.

Lately, Great is making an effort to avoid the sun, taking lots of vitamins, and wearing a lot of sunscreen to lighten his skin complexion. I’m happy he is taking good care of his skin but the motivation behind it is not to my liking.

[Who in the hell is KANE? HAHA]

I know, I know, this is my third post about the match and you’re probably tried of seeing them. Most definitely, this will my last post about it. It was just that EVERYONE was there, EVEN Aof Pongsak.

The soccer match is over and the “Man of the Match” award has been handed out to Ken Theeradeth for the green team and Aum Atichart for the white team and many people are not happy. They consider it a popularity contest award rather an award for merit. Many are saying how in the hell did Ken get the award when he didn’t even play well, Great Warintorn should I have gotten the award for the green team, he scored two goals. Instead of Aum Atichart, shorty pie Alex Rendell should have won.

Here is a comment written in English from Kapook about the match…

A lot of love was given to Great Warintorn, understandable, he played very well. Ken and Aum won because they are the ALPHA males of Ch3, it’s a publicity stunt.

There is a part of me that agrees and there is a part of me that doesn’t really give a…..It was entertaining, who cares about the award. We should all agree, Ken really sucks at soccer. He missed the foul shot. At the end, a reporter asked, were you embarrassed, he said “no” because it was just a friendly game. I don’t think he took it too seriously.

Great and the older woman

News of Great Warintorn, a rising star of Ch3, formerly dating “Nine Entertaine” host Pattarawee has emerge and Great admits to the rumor; however, he does deny dumping her to purpose fame.

He dated Pattarawee before he became a star for Ch3, he meet the much older Pattarawee at a contest, most likely the “Mens Health: Men of the Year” contest. He liked her so they started dating. He stated it wasn’t a serious relationship, something shallow. He blamed the generational gap and differences of opinions for their break up. Great still talks to Pattarawee on occasion, now, less of a lover and more of people who are in the same industry. They broke up 2 years ago, just about the time he graduated from University and before he became an actor, thus fame had nothing to do with it.

When asked about Yardthip, Great still denies their relationship and admits to seeing a woman outside of the entertainment business.

Great:“There is NO woman in the entertainment business that I’m talking to specifically;however, I am pursuing girls outside of the entertainment business. I’m a person who does not have a spec (preference). I want to be able to talk to her, to have an understanding with her, she must be mature but she can be younger because sometimes the person can be younger than us but her way of thinking is “Okay”. The person I’m currently talking to I been seeing her for less than a year, I will keep her name a secret for now.”

Well at least he was honest about it and didn’t try to hide it. Good for him?

Yardthip’s “Spy Delivery” coming soon

Ah. I just heard about it and it’s premiering soon, awesomeness. Yardthip Ratchpal and Great Warintorn’s new lakorn “Sai Seup Delivery (Spy Delivery)” is premering next week, February 1, 2009. It will replace Chakrit’s dull lakorn “Khun Mae Gam-Laeng” for Ch3′s weekend time slot.

Yardthip’s character is Pook, her father is a Senior Sergeant Major in the police force and she wants to follow in his path. Great plays her rival, the son of a mafia madam. They are bitter enemies and enjoys giving each other a good smack around, of course in a humorous way because this is an action/romance comedy lakorn.

Yardthip and Great, a couple?

Are you serious?

Apparently Great Warintorn (the guy with the most obnoxious voice from Pat and Por’s lakorn “Ruk Ter Yod Ruk :I Love you, my dearest”) and Yardthip Ratchpal are very “close” on the set of their new lakorn “Sai Seup Delivery (Spy Delivery)”. Note “King” Somjing Seesupap, the director of their lakorn made this apparent to the press. Hmm…I definitely smell love promotion at play.

Both Great and Yardthip deny the rumor.

Yard:“We are close but are not thinking in that way. Everything is normal, we just play around.”

Great jokes:”That’s correct.” (They both laugh)

Yard:“If we film longer than now, we might fall in love.”

Great:“It’s nothing, we understand each other completely.”

Yard:“He knows me completely, he probably doesn’t like me. It’s nothing, we’re just friends.”

Great:“We talk to each other frequently because we have work together for a long time. Now we see each other every day.”

Yard:“Really, we’re just friends. It’s nothing.”

Great: “Really, it’s nothing krap.”

I think they deserve a pat on the back because their love promotion worked, I’m now interested in their new lakorn “Sai Seup Delivery (Spy Delivery)”.
