I feel a sense of pity for these two, they are trying to make it work, especially Bor, but life is making it difficult. Yes, his sister murdered her sister because of a misunderstanding (she thought King was having an affair with her husband Phipat), still they were trying to mend this whole situation. They both know this situation happened because of a misunderstanding. Bor knows for sure King is not that type of woman and he does believe that his sister is not a cold-blooded murderer. They love each other but family loyalty and family love is making it difficult.
When they were arguing outside, Bor still defended his sister. True, his sister murdered someone, but the fact remains, she is still his sister, his blood link. When someone bad mouths her, they are bad-mouthing him also. It’s a complicated sense of emotion, to which I understand completely.
Overall, I think everyone is doing a fantastic job. I love James Ruengsak. Though I can’t stand his character Phipat, James portrays him well and naturally. Pong needs a little work here and there, he has this big tendency to over-act. I don’t think that is his fault, it’s more of the person who is directing him to do so.
If there are flaws in this lakorn, to which there are, I would never blame the actors (they have been great), I would blame the crazy script and the director. You have capable performers use them wisely, Khun ‘Boy’ Takolkait Weerawan.
