Wearing a modest black dress, Marsha held a press conference at the Kasemrad Hospital today (6/25/11), the filming sight of her lakorn “Likit Sanaeha (Fated Love)”, to accept the leaked photos of a woman kissing her former music producer Cyril Rouhani and in some pictures is wearing just a towel is her. It was taken from her phone that was lost. Marsha spoke calmly and did not shed one tear. Though she is a woman, she will accept this like a man, she told reporters confidently.

“From what I have seen, they are my pictures. I accept it because these pictures are from a camera….no, not in a camera, in a phone. My phone that I have lost. These are pictures are very personal. When I saw them, I was a little shocked. Some pictures I don’t know when it was taken. I feel okay about it. Though I am a woman, I’m ‘man man’ na ka. I will accept pictures that are mine, ” said Marsha.

Marsha believes this a prank by someone close to her. I remember reading a comment somewhere from a Thai netizen that people closest to Marsha don’t have her best interest at heart. From Krit to this guy, Marsha is just getting played and her entourage is not saying anything. Who knows.

Marsha pleaded with the public to have some sympathy for her. “Nonetheless please have sympathy for me because at this moment I don’t have any concentration with work and the person who…um…should we say ‘pranking (bullying)’ me…is doing all the time. I didn’t start the bullying with anyone. But when someone starts bullying me, naturally, I will protect myself and fight back.”

Marsha did have a talk with ‘Guy’ Navapol Lumpoon, her son. He understands, but lets just say he is livid about the whole thing.

Oh, Marsha, Marsha….this looks bad, I’m not judging you, you got played and now we see these scandalous leaked pictures of you allegedly kissing Cyril Rouhani, your French music producer with a bad reputation–to whom you are currently having legal problems with, regarding the copyrights to the song “I’m Black ” which is apparently similar to your song “I’m Back”.  Didn’t he claim he was from Sony Europe,  but they don’t know who he is and didn’t he send someone to sue  her on behalf of Sony Europe, but Sony Thailand knows nothing about it. A Sony Thailand representative did say that if one branch of the company decides to sue anyone or any entity, the whole company is made aware of it. It is just company policy.

At Sanook, people are arguing if it is really Marsha. The conclusion, most likely it is her. At Kapook, the conversation is more fun as one person wrote in defense of Marsha: “33, if you slept with your partner, this is how it is. Now if you call this ‘dirty’, anyone who has done anything with their gf or bf and your parents did this dirty thing until you were born. Marsha was single, she can date whoever she wants.”

Many defended Marsha at Kapook, she is an adult they argued. “It’s her business. For those who like to meddle in other people’s affairs, make sure you get through your life first before you criticize others. She was single and she is an adult.”

Update: Since I am not in the mood for a legal mess acute or large or maybe it doesn’t pertain to me, I have decided to take down those leaked pictures of Marsha kissing Cyril Rouhani and smoking while wearing just a towel . My source came from Rakdara.net. I have replaced them with pictures of Marsha while on the set of her lakorn “Likit Sanaeha” the day after those pictures were leaked. Marsha is not crying because of the scandal, it was a crying scene.

Yesterday, Thai pop star icon Marsha Wattanapanich went to court to file a lawsuit against alleged swindler Cyril Rouhani and his associate Pattathorn Saengjansri for defamation and extortion and some Thai netizens are more concern about Marsha Wattanapanich’s attire to court than the court case itself. Considering her age and being a mother, she would have worn something more appropriate, a few wrote at sanook forums and manager news website.

“I saw the outfit she wore to court, I just realized this woman is wretched, she does not know time and place. She has no respect for the institution. Err…no one advised her? Or is no one around her sincere at all? I know now why she gets conned repeatedly.” It’s from Manager news website, they are not friendly. They will speak their minds and it can be harsh.

“Marsha is dressing like she going to a party. You’re a mother already. Don’t you know how to think for yourself on how to dress to handle an important matter, this makes me think this is a promotion for her song. Just look at her, dark glasses to conceal her eyes, but wears a dress showing off her shoulders to that extent. This case with Marsha and these people is rather comical–not in a funny way, but rather it is so messed up that you have to laugh about it. I have no idea who this french producer Cyril Rouhani is, but if you search him online, there is a blog dedicated to getting him arrested and apparently, he has litigation pending since 2008.  There is even a Boston Magazine post about him for conning people out of thousands of moolah, read here. Marsha worked with him on her new album and then he accused her of breach of contract for the copyright ownership of the song “I’m back”, which is apparently similar to his song “I’m Black (as in my skin is black)”. When it comes to this stuff, I really don’t know what to say, he is claiming to be from Sony Music Europe, they say he has never worked with them.
