Personally I don’t care but poor Payu Clark, no more singing career. Lets face it, once you attach yourself to Khun Ying Mann (Mom Rachawong Mannarumas Yukol), it goes downhill from there. She is like the Paris Hilton of the land of smiles, anything she touches turns into rot. They said they were just friends, apparently they are not. Pictures of them smooching and drinking at a party have been published on Gossipstar, Thailand’s tabloid newspaper. Oh my, bye, bye, singing career.
You know in most Asian countries, they want their pop idols to have a squeaky clean image, to delusion young fans and please the parents who buy their music.
RS Records is betting on it, check out his “One Kiss” MV, you can tell they shelled a lot of do-re-mis to make it happen. Compared to other young pop acts in his age group, I have a feeling he can do it.
He does possess of the qualities to make it as a major pop star. Looks, check. Decent singing ability, check. Can marginally dance, check. Bubbly, has a likable personality, check. Can speak English well, check. This eighteen year old, American-Thai up and coming pop idol will do just fine. I was reading an article about him at “Student-Weekly” from 2007, he comes off as very determined, forgoing a social life to practice singing and dancing at the age of 14-15. Another plus, he is determined to make it.
If he stays away from Khun Ying Mann, the Thai version of Paris Hilton, his career will not falter.

Overall the MV is fine, he could improve on the choreography. RS records is trying to compete with Korean pop acts. With those dance moves, they don’t have a chance.
