Airbus is not his kid

That is just wrong! Raising that kid for a year, being a doting father, showing him off to the media, and then to find out he isn’t yours. WOW. That is messed up.

Back in June 2009, little “Airbus” Anakchak Worrantum was born weighing in at 2500grams or 5.5lbs– he was healthy and cute. He was the delight of his mother “Ke” Jesadawan Jantaeng and father actor Warut Worrantum (Captain Kobori from the classic Thai film “Koo Gum”). He was given the nickname “Airbus” because his supposed father loved planes and the formal name “Anakchak” which meant “Kingdom”. All was good. Now a year and a few months later and after a paternity test was conducted, his parents are breaking up because the paternity test concluded that Warut is not his father.  WOW. Take that in people, just take it in. Absolute betrayal.

He was so happy, even telling the media he is gonna try for a little girl in 3 years. Guess that is not going to happen any time soon. Time to go back to his partying ways.

UPDATE: AIrbus is his son. A paternity test was never conducted, him and his girlfriend just broke up. The reason why they broke is because they didn’t have time for each other. What kind of lame excuse is that?

Back in the 80′s when he played Captain Kobori

Little Airbus is born

Luckily, Airbus is just his nickname.

Warut Worrantum’s first born with his 23 year old girlfriend “Ke” Jesadawan Jantaeng, little “Airbus” Anachak Worrantum was born Monday June 29, weighing 2500grams or 5.5lbs.

His nickname is “Airbus” because Warut loves aviation and his legal first name is Anachak, meaning “Kingdom”. Warut cried when he saw his son for the first time, he felt like a nervous new father. Warut plans to have another child 3 years from now. He is hoping for a girl, the second time around. Good for him, dude is getting old, he needs to settle down. He is known to be a party animal and a drunk. Little Airbus will slow him down.

I will name you “Airbus”

I don’t care if he has no intentions of marrying the mother of his child or that she is 17 years his junior. He is 39 years old turning 40 next month and she is 23. OR that he has been keeping her pregnancy a secret until now. She is 8 months pregnant and ready to pop. The media just got whiff of it recently and he has admitted to it.

Warut Worrantum, our eternal pra’ek from “Koo Gum (Ill-fated Couple)” with Jintara Sukkapat is going to be a father next month July 17 via cesarean section. His young girlfriend is 8 months pregnant with their first child and having a boy. Because he likes aviation, he is naming his son “Airbus”. ?? Why?

New evening lakorn: “Look Sao Gamnan”

[opening ceremony pictures from October 24, 2008]

For some reason, I rarely watch evening lakorns. Actually I do have a valid reason as to why, because it’s daily (meaning Monday-Friday), nothing ever happens in just one episode. They span it out, they pucker up on Monday and actually do the thumb kiss on Friday. You have to wait and wait until something major happens and each episode is like a filler episode. It’s better just to wait until it finishes and watch it all at once.

Oddly“Look Sao Gamnan (The Village Chief’s daughter)” seems worth the torture. It’s a musical lakorn with actual singer/actors playing the lead roles. Actor Tui, who is playing the male lead role (pra’ek) started out as the winner of the Academy Fantasia reality/singing talent show, 3rd season. Top Nuttanan is a singer and is also known as “Top: the singer”, part of the Ch3 singing contest show. Apaporn Nakornsawan is a famous Lookthung singer, she sang the “Plump Shape” song in “Mae Ka Kanom Wan (Dessert Girl)” in episode 1.They are all decent actors with exceptional singing skills. Another major seller for “Look Sao Gamnan” is the return of Warut Worraantum (veteran actor from “Koo Gum ( ill fated lovers)”, the movie with Jintara Sukkapat) to lakorns. I don’t know about you, it’s a buy for me.

Essentially the plot of “Look Sao Gamnan” centers around a philandering Village Chief of Tung Din Dum, Danai (Warut) and his meddling and tomboyish daughter Tangmoe (Namfon). She wants him to settle down with a decent woman, Yoopin (Mayuree) but he wants to mess around with Wantha (Ning), a local shop owner in their town. Gamnan Danai prays for someone to save him from his meddling daughter and soon after we see the arrival of Deputy Chaiya (Tui) to Tung Din Dum. Deputy Chaiya instantly falls in love with Tangmoe when she beats up him up over a misunderstanding the first time they met. The rest of the story follows the struggles of Deputy Chaiya in trying to win over Tangmoe’s heart.

“Look Sao Gamnan” is set to premier on February 25, 2009, it’s a daily 30 minute lakorn starting at 7:15pm Thailand time every Monday-Friday.

“Tui” Kiatkamol Latha as Deputy Chaiya
