Pra’nang-leading couple in a drama
Pra’ek-leading man/hero
Nang’ek-leading lady/heroine
Nang’rai-Girl villain
Chan Ruk Ter- I love you
E-bah-Bitch!
I hate you- Chun gliat Ter
Ruk Ter Took Wan-Love you every day
B.) Commonly used phrases in Lakorns (translated by Cecilia from Sarnworld)
01. “When are you coming back?”
Meua rai khon ja glab maa
02. “I will definitely come back for you. There is no way I am going to just leave you here.”
Chun ton glub ma pro(or jur which mean ‘meet’) tur. Mai mee un dai tee ja tun hai chun ting tur yu tee (trong) nee.
03. ”Better said than done.”
Yin dee guar pood tae mai tum arai
04. “Look at me. I will not leave you. I will come back.”
Mong chun si (Doo nah chun-look at my face). Chun ja mai ting tur. Chun ja glab maa
05. “I believe you, but what if…”
chun cheua tur, taa som mot (i think that’s how ‘what if’ means)
06. “There’s no what if. I promise.”
Ja mai mee kam wah som mot. Chun san ya.
07. “You promised.”
Khon san ya.
08. “Yes, I promise.”
Kha, chun san yah.
